This is Jade's favorite episode of the season so far.  We're back with episode 3's recap, "Burn Bridges." This week, we get Mel's backstory and learn her "why" as she starts the first day of the management program.  Like Mel, sometimes you need some words of encouragement to help motivate you as embark you on a new journey. Jade share's her motivational song that helped sike her up before an interview (7:23).  As we get deeper into the epiosde, we learn about Mel's relationship with Alex. Dating is hard, and love is complicated. But loving yourself is even harder.
