This week we had a beautiful discussion that had me thinking! I have recently been presented with opportunities to speak my truth or choose peace. It became clear to me that sometimes my peace is more important than speaking up. This has changed throughout my journey, as before I would keep the peace and internalize (swallow) my words, which feels very different than making the choice consciously. Many empaths are the peacekeepers in their circles, and that can feel very frustrating, especially when it is more of an expectation than a conscious choice. Reconnecting to Higher Self The essences are supporting us today to release judgement and reconnect us to our Higher Self. by feeling the unconditional love from Source we are able to release our judgmental critical attitudes towards ourselves and others. By allowing us to see and feel that we are always loved we can release a sense of inferiority and sensitivity that is at the core of judgement. If this resonates use the incantation on the video to call in the loving support and release the pattern of criticalness. I feel this week. The criticalness is more so aimed at self, and in the case of empath, this can be judgements that they have taken on from the collective that when filtered through their consciousness as being self critical. Use this essence to support you in releasing this pattern and reconnecting.
