A Psychotherapists ongoing reflections, including responses to Covid-19 by Christopher Murray, Belfast This piece was written as a way of capturing in time, my responses and experiences to the impact of Covid-19, on me, my family and my work, I had no more intention than that. I had no idea if I would meet the challenges. Then I thought I might like to share my ramblings, uncensored, and when I went through the editing process, I was surprised how raw some of it was and how many different voices I expressed. Some of the voices that emerged felt that they were from a different time in my life and others more current. I am continuing to keep this record every few days, hoping to be able to look back and compare where I was and where I came to.
