When life feels too heavy and the weight on your shoulders seems like more than you can carry, remember this: God never designed you to hold everything alone. You were not built to be the source—you were built to stay connected to the Source. Jesus sees the stress you don’t talk about…The pressure you silently carry…And the tears no one else knows about. And in the middle of all of it, He’s not disappointed in you—He’s drawing near to you. Today I want you to think of all the things you make space for: family, job, friends working out children, been here is my question, when are you makingtime for you?  Even at the deepest level, in your relationship with God?  We live alife pouring out and we wonder why we live so empty.  God never meant for you to pour out, God meant for you to overflow into others.  Imagine living a life full of energy and vitality filled with the spirit of God daily and overflowing into others. When life falls apart and people try to squeeze you like a sponge, they are only going to get wet by the presence of God.  Because ultimately, it’s only the residual that they see from God. Psalm23:5 "You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows," 2 Corinthians 9:8, "God is able to blessyou abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work". Longevity = Living Long, Living Full God never intended for us to drift through life merely existing. From the beginning, His desire has always been that His people live fully — body, soul, and spirit — thriving in His promises and walking in divine purpose. Longevity in God’s design is not measured simply by how long we live, but by how well we live in faith, obedience, and peace. Each of us is given a certain number of days, but it’s the depth of those days that determines the legacy we leave behind. To live long and live full is to live in alignment with God’s heart — trusting His promises, following His lead, and loving freely. When faith fuels our steps, obedience shapes our choices, and forgiveness purifies our hearts, we become living testimonies of His goodness and power. This journey of longevity can be summed up in three divine keys that sustain a full life: Faith in God’s Promises Fuels Longevity“Then the Lord took him outside and said, ‘Look up at the sky and count the stars—if indeed you can count them.’ Then He said to him, ‘So shall your offspring be.’ Abram believed the Lord, and He credited it to him as righteousness.” — Genesis 15:5–6 (NIV) Abraham teaches us that faith lengthens more than our days—it deepens our purpose. He believed God’s promise when the evidence said otherwise. What God breathes on, He expects us to carry and teach to others. Faith keeps us young in spirit and strong in vision. When we believe beyond what we can see, God multiplies what we surrender.  George Müller, who ran orphanages through prayer alone, lived to 92 years old. Without fundraising or appeals, he trusted God for every meal. His secret to a long, full life was simple—faith in God’s impossible promises. Walking in the Spirit determines true success—not just in what we accomplish, but in who we become along the way. Every step we take in life moves us toward a destination, whether we realize it or not. The question is: whose direction are we following? When we walk without a plan, without guidance, we tend to wander aimlessly, making choices that can leave us feeling lost, stuck, or weighed down by regret. But when each morning begins with seeking God’s direction, our steps are ordered by the One who already knows the path ahead. God is our ultimate GPS, far more reliable than any map or app we could consult. Unlike human plans that can fail or reroute us through unnecessary detours, His leading always brings us closer to His purpose for our lives. I remember a time when I was driving in an unfamiliar city and decided I didn’t need the GPS. At first, I felt confident—I thought I knew which way to go. But before long, I was circling the same streets, frustrated and late for my appointment. Only when I finally humbled myself and turned the GPS back on did I find the right path. In the distance, he noticed a boy bending down, picking them up one by one, and tossing them back into the ocean. The man approached and said, “There are miles of beach and thousands of starfish. You can’t possibly make a difference.” The boy picked up another starfish, gently threw it into the waves, and replied: “I made a difference for that one.” The boy couldn’t do everything—but he could do something. And that’s exactly how Jesus calls us to live. He didn’t try to solve every problem in the world during His earthly ministry, but everywhere He went, He did something—healing the sick, teaching the crowds, and investing deeply in His disciples. Key Insight: By actively reshaping how we perceive experiences, we enhance not just emotional well-being but also spiritual growth. How does God want us to regulate our emotions so that we would not quench the Holy spirit? Paul gives some instruction and smack in the middle he say….16 Rejoice always, 17 pray continually, 18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. 19 Do not quench the Spirit. 20 Do not treat prophecies with contempt 21 but test them all; hold on to what is good, 22 reject every kind of evil. We are guided by the Holy Spirit to discern however we can suppress the working of the Holy Spirit when we allow the old man to rise with all of his emotional baggage. God enough We live either in constant state of want, just to miss out on peace because we are looking for the next thing.  When is thelast time you remember being content? WhenI get the next pair of shoes, outfit material possession then I will be content; only to be dissatisfied looking for the next thing: Once I have that special someone in my life or change who I am to appeal to others then I will have enough.   The question on the table, is God enough? Does he complete you or simply fill in one of the gaps in your life?   In 2nd Corinthians 9:8 Paul shares with the Corinthians his gratefulness for their giving spirit as he is picking up resource and financial help for the needs of saints in Jerusalem, he expresses to them “And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, youwill abound in every good work.”   True fulfillment is when we live in a state of being grateful with all that we need verses all that we want.  When Our heartsopen to giving, we can now reach a state of love towards others outside ourselves in order to live content. God’s blessings flow with an open hand, however we must be willing to help others without expecting anything in return, why? He will return, not as the suffering servant, but as theconquering King, riding on a white horse. "I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider iscalled Faithful and True." — Revelation 19:11 And in that moment, those who believe will be caught up in the clouds to meet Him,gravity defied once again by the One who conquered all. "Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in theclouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will always be with theLord." — 1 Thessalonians 4:17
