Lax Drivas, is one of our new trainers at F45, his heart is so BIG, he had to be a part of The Mlrcp podcast. Coach Lax is destined for v.i.p heaven. Jordan Nordhoff, is a Yoga instructor at Yoga Source, A Trainer at F45_Training, Pilates instructor, CPT personal trainer, retail manager and a college student pursuing her degree in kinesiology all in the same week if not same day. Rachel Regal is a Realtor, Mom, Love-one, Friend, and someone who has experienced a immense amount of obstacles in her life. I met Rachel at a F45 training class in Branham Park San Jose, and she resides in the Bay Area, and she’s has come down to the studio to discuss her life story. From her traumatic experience of losing her father figure at a young age, a tale of love at first sight with her soul mate, best friend ,father of her three children all to lose him during the pandemic. The beginning of Alopecia (autoimmune disorder which causes hair loss) with her self and shortly thereafter her kids, the emotional roller coaster she feels when life seems to continue to bring her lower and lower, but most importantly we discuss her ability of strength, vulnerability, faith, responsibility and having a sense of a strong purpose to make sense of all the obstacles set before her. And having faith that it is a guide to help her believe that “All things are working together for good”.

Josh Go is one of my close friends back in college, he comes down from San Francisco to discuss his roller coaster life as an accountant and his dream of being an accountant at one of the big 4 passing along with passing his CPA exam.  We talk about him going in and out of depression related to his work.  He finds him self among mentors and friends at a Tahoe retreat of e-commerce entrepreneurs that convince him to get rid of his 9-5 he makes a impulse decision to find B.D.E and he rips off his shirt and quits his job to chase his dreams. 

John Merencillo is my half brother for many years we did not know he existed and he also didn’t know of his other half siblings who happen to just live down the block when we were all growing up. John Merencillo comes down to the Bay Area to podcast with Martin Merencillo the youngest half brother.
