Each of us in this time of life and death emergency will be required to go to the extreme outer limits of our personalities.  I'm preaching for 24 hours straight.  What is your soul doing? Life on Earth is migrating thousands of miles in strange directions...   The President calls the Earth a hoax and Allah the devil.  The bombs are dropping.  The children of the bombing receive the evil.  Let's give them the Earth.  Peace is always possible.  Peace beams into the rubble, into the wounds.  The Earth insists on survival and offers a ride.  If we say YES to the Earth then we submit to Radical Evolution, to loving life.

Heat Death!  Notice This!  Planet Criers! Over-the-Top Alarmists!  Now!  Do!  What!  We can't run and we can’t hide!  Burst into flames slowly!  Give yourself a chance to think! What do we do?  Stop Shopping!  Stop Bombing!  Start Loving - but first, let out an articulate blood-curdling scream!  The global heat wave spreads fire and flood, drought and starvation, for three years.  We don’t notice.  We don’t remember.  Was the information censored or maybe the month of March wasn’t the hottest month that we know of?  Rising 9 degrees?  Impossible.  

I was trying to set up a show inside a beautiful forest. I thought I was being a smart Environmentalist.  Put the forest on the air. In the first few minutes of this Earth Riot the forest keeps stopping the show, without explanation. I feel myself being pulled to another part of the forest, who is pulling me. The forest leaves Savitri D and Neil Young alone... they don't get interrupted. When I'm in a new part of the forest I find my equipment works fine so I restart my cheerful welcoming remarks and then the wild kingdom pulls the plug again. Can a whole forest be a trickster? Can an ecosystem mess with a well-meaning human? Can the entire Earth be playing us for a fool?

We need the heart of Love and the cunning and imagination of Intelligence too.  If you have the billionaire economy ignoring the Earth, supporting violence against life, including but not limited to all the humans who are not subscribing to the White Christian Nationalist attack on our Constitutional Rights and our neighbors…. Well, let’s get together and fight!  Earthalujah!

We Are Woke Monsters from Deep in the Earth. We have learned that a hidden violent strategy to reduce the natural world to one large profit center is underway…The Trump policy on climate change is to call it a hoax. In this week’s Earth Riot we are the Hoax Released!  We have the talented and powerful assistance of Puma, Loon, Kookaburra, and Howling Monkeys. They will join the Stop Shopping Choir,howling for the natural world to flourish in all its glorious complexity. All the Woke Monsters will defeat the AI robots and their corporate toadies. That’s the Armageddon at the End of the World, WOKE EARTH MONSTERS VS. BILLIONAIRE AI ROBOTS.

There comes a moment when we are wise and loving enough to notice that the Earth that we are attacking is alive and watching the whole thing. The killing of fellow humans, of all the animals and plants, all life, known and unknown, even varieties of bacteria are going extinct on our watch. They are all witnessing us.  We are creating an unbelievable phenomenon that the billionaire media is hushing up: this 3 year old global heatwave that our economy manufactures. The living Earth is watching our fire and flood, and the Earth is struggling to extend life beyond the time of the humans.  But we are life too, and we are watching too.

The Earth is entering her 4th year of the Global Heat Wave.  Mass mortality - the silencing wave of life forms - is sweeping through mountains and valleys and cities.  But we don't see it. This show is a warning - we must develop the sensitivity needed to feel this heat - and to the agony of WAR, the hottest crime against the Earth - and a moment with Joan Baez, and then a deep lesson about this ancient place Iran that the Great USA wants to control with more heat, and finally an old stoop story with a child and a neighbor as Super Storm Sandy takes the city.  Earthalujah!

Called liars and elitists by Trump’s government….  climate change is a “hoax”….  We resolve to be the super storms for Peace. We have new resolve as the single thing that humans do against the Earth - WAR - is unleashed, we escape from that hoax trap, that branding, that lie.  We pray for the people of that far away place that receive our violence.  We sorrow with you.  We didn’t take care of our American flaw. We always knew. If you attack the Earth, then you attack people too.

What if TV weather reporters told the truth?  What if we were a part of the Earth, living here?  Meterologists didn't believe climate change science until about ten years ago when they had to: History-making storms forced them to believe. But even still, with the current strongest storm in many years, our “Meteorologists” can’t report that category 4/5 storms are multiplying, with 2025 a record year? No global perspective. " No Earth please, we're Consuming”.  On TV I kept hearing about bad driving conditions. But car and truck exhaust is what manufactured this 80 mph wind!  Let the Earth out, people!  

Wild animals, Mountain Lions!,  are invading the new world headquarters of the big bank, all the way up to the 70th floor office of Jamie Dimon. Who knew?  At the end of Trump's term in office, Americans were shocked as 70,000 ICE veterans turned to meditation after bursting into tears at Truth and Reconciliation sessions.   Forced into abandoned government housing units for the mass healing process mandated by the courts, called by wags "The A*****e Hilton", the ICE vets were stricken with guilt so paralyzing that they actually took the advice of the protesters to "SHUT THE EF UP AND GO HOME!!!" - which is similar to the practice of committing to long periods of silence with closed eyes.

What are we learning? Are you asking this question? We need to learn something crucial about community, something we will never forget. Renee Good and Alex Pretti. They are role models. They were not reckless. They did not do the wrong thing. They were killed a stone's throw from their homes. They were both just beyond their front doors. And instinctively they put their personal defense in the smallest acts of kindness.  Renee died saying "I'm not mad at you" and Alex was helping a woman that ICE pushed to the sidewalk. Renee and Alex teach us that ordinary love is to be seen, to be thanked, to be practiced and protected.

Today, Take a Moment  We honor Dr. King and the loving activists who gave their lives. We hold their lives in memory, as masked men hunt down our neighbors and shoot anyone who argues.  Foreign and domestic security seeks to surveil, track and neutralize people that are in any way righteously moral, funny in the wrong way, or…just… well, different, other.  Great Women and Great Men died for our rights, but now you can be a martyr just by making an ill-advised u-turn or bird watching a bird thats flown into the wrong backyard.
