This week we find the Enterprise in the middle of a dilemma. After receiving SOS's from two planets, one with a no technology and one with an advanced society, but both with problems that cannot seemingly be solved the crew must figure out how to best resolve this new dilemma. Through a series of awkward events, conversations and accidents Captain Picard finally comes up with a plan that will benefit all involved and get the guests off the Enterprise for good. Will the Irish takeover the Enterprise? Can a chicken fly? Does Worf have a childhood illness? Will Pulaski survive drinking poisonous tea? Can Riker wash feet? Will you laugh while watching this? How much grey is too much grey? All these questions and more will be answered on this week's episode of Hailing Frequencies Open.

This week we find the Enterprise missing two crew members. Captain Picard and acting Ensign Crusher make there way to Starbase 515, Wesley for his Starfleet Academy Entrance Exam and Captain Picard for a medical procedure that Dr Pulaski ensures him he's put off for too long. Wesley, not looking forward to spending several long hours alone with the Captain, is nervous and awkward while Captain Picard (who simply wants to read his book) is equally awkward and somewhat irritated. Meanwhile, back on the ship, the crew responds to a distress call from a ship crewed by the Pakleds, a not particularly intelligent race of beings. The Pakleds are in over there heads with their vessel which contains technology from various species none of which the Pakleds know how to operate. The Enterprises crew's efforts to help lead in a kidnapping and mind games which leave them all shaken and Captain Picard on the verge of death. Will Wesley and Picard make it to the Starbase without embarrassment? Can Geordi repair the damaged Pakled ship? Is Captain Picard tired of Dr. Pulaski? What is the deadly Crimson force field? This week we find the crew of the Enterprise happily galivanting through the Galaxy until the Captain is kidnap and held hostage by his own friend Q. Meanwhile, back on the Enterprise, no one knows Picard is gone and Geordi is trying to counsel an Ensign new to the crew. Once returned to the Enterprise Q confesses that he's been kicked out of the continuum and asks to be made part of the crew, stating that they need him because they aren't prepared for what's coming. When not given the answer he wants Q propels the ship deeper in the galaxy where they stumble upon a ship of unknown origin, what ensues will haunt not only the Enterprise but the entire Federation for years to come. Will the Enterprise survive Q's meddling? Will the new Ensign make a good impression on the Captain? Is Guinan psychic? Can Q ever truly be trusted? What is this new threat to the Federation? This week we find the crew of the Enterprise investigating planetary breakups in the Selcundi Drema Sector. After discussions with the Senior staff Riker assigns Wesley Crusher to lead this investigation. Meanwhile, Data is attempting to increase the frequency range of the ship's sensors, and in doing so, has made contact with a child from one of the planets in the system. Though they try to carry on like Data has not been contacted, the crew must intervene when the child asks for help. Can Wesley effectively lead a team of people? Will Data be reprimanded for his actions? Does Troi know how to ride a horse? Does Data kidnap a child? Do they figure out how to stop the planetary breakups? This week the crew of the Enterprise are making their way to Starbase Montgomery where they will pick up a Civilian Strategic Attaché, who will brief Commander Riker on his new assignment as Captain of the Aries. Upon arrival we learn that the Attaché is not someone Riker expects and is unhappy about encountering. Meanwhile, Wesley notices that Worf is not acting his usual self and becomes increasingly worried about his friend, though no one else seems to be. With these two separate issues arising plus La Forge being bent out of shape by criticisms from the Montgomery's analysis crew things on the Enterprise aren't looking so great this week. Will Riker leave the Enterprise? Will he fight an old man? Can Wesley figure out what's bothering Worf? Is Pulaski destined to become Riker's stepmother? Is Worf lonely? Can we get some pain sticks? This week the crew of the Enterprise find a shuttlecraft drifting through space, the only problem is this particular shuttle is sitting in the Enterprise's own shuttle bay. Upon bring the drifting shuttle aboard the mystery deepens when Captain Picard is discovered inside, but is it the real Picard, a double or a creature pretending to be the Captain? As the crew tries to sort it all out they find themselves in danger as a whirlpool in space opens up threatening to pull the ship in. Can crew figure out where and when the shuttlecraft and Picard double came from? Will they be able to prevent the Enterprise from being pulled in to the Whirlpool? Will Picard not only have a lengthy conversation with, but also kill himself? Can Riker cook? Do the writers continue in vain to make us like Pulaski? This week we once again meet up with our old friends from the Original Series in The Final Frontier. Everyone, except Scotty and Uhura, are wandering through Yosemite on a much earned vacation when a distress call comes in from Starfleet. Spock's brother has taken hostages and thinks he's found god, all he needs is a Starship to get him to the center of the universe. Will they make it to the center of the universe? Will they save the hostages? Does Uhura do a sexy song and dance in order to distract a group of vigilantes? Do we have to sit through a ludicrous sequence watching Kirk free climb El Capitan? Does McCoy EVER stop complaining? Where did Spock's brother come from? All these questions and more will be answered on this week's episode of Hailing Frequencies Open.

This week the crew of the Enterprise stumble across a mysterious involving a piece of space debris, an inhospitable planet and a structure on said planet. Riker, Data and Worf beam down to find that the structure is a Las Vegas Hotel and Casino filled with people all of whom seem to be trapped inside. The raging storm outside makes communication with the Enterprise almost impossible leaving them not only trapped in the structure, but all stuck on the planet. What is this hotel really? How will they get themselves out of it? Will Data cheat at craps? Does Worf figure out how to get on an elevator? Do they witness a murder but fail to act? Will Picard have to read an awful book in order to rescue the Away Team? These questions and more will be answered on this week's episode of Hailing Frequencies Open.

This week we find the Enterprise crew battling technical issues after meeting up with their sister ship that experienced, and subsequently was destroyed by, the same issues. The Enterprise, now stuck in the neutral zone, must contend with the technical issues, a Romulan warbird and the mystery of a lost ancient civilization. Will the Enterprise solve the problems prior to being destroyed? Will this trek into the neutral zone cause a war? Can they find this lost civilization? Will Data go blind? Can Picard save them all? This week we find the Enterprise crew transporting a young woman and her companion to the planet she was born to rule. As the journey progresses young love takes hold between a certain acting ensign and the guest leaving Wesley full of questions but no real answers. In the meantime, there is something amiss with the two passengers which come to cause a security concern for Worf. Will the Enterprise make it to it's destination and deliver the guests? Will Wesley have his very first date? Are Riker and Guinan set to start they own love affair? Does Worf get beat up by a little old lady? This week we find the Enterprise crew on the verge of losing one of their own. An episode that brings to the forefront the rights of one specific Lt Commander, challenges the law and tests friendships. Is Data the property of Starfleet? This week we find the Enterprise crew participating in an officer exchange program, while one of their own goes off on a Klingon vessel they receive an officer who has no idea what he's gotten himself into. All seems to be going well for Commander Riker, but things quickly take a turn that forces him to decide if he's loyal to the Enterprise or his new crew. Meanwhile the Enterprise's newest bridge crewman is walking a very fine line with Worf. Will Riker enjoy his time on a Klingon ship? Does Worf have the patience to not slam a crewman through the computer console? Will Riker fight his way to the Captain's chair? Will Wesley make the mistake of thinking all blue people look alike?
