According to the Global Liveability Index of 2019, Moscow was ranked as the top biggest improver in the last five years, ranking 68 out of 140 countries. For this episode, I spoke with my mother, Natalia about her experience growing up in Moscow during the 1970’s, and how the liveability of her hometown, Солнцево (Solntzevo) has changed over time.
