How Do Men Heal?
2025/11/05
In this episode, I am making the proposal to expand my understanding of how men heal. As a woman, I can't speak for men, but I know that we all need the same love and support in our healing journey. This is a call to understand what men do when there is so much pressure on them to be strong. Who is in your corner? And what tools do you use to be the best version of yourself?
Finally Healing The Way I Need To
2025/10/29
In this episode, I discuss the importance of finding your way. When times get rough, we detach, we isolate, and we tend to internalize how others feel about what we are doing. It is okay to take the space you need and indulge in how it makes you feel. You have to heal yourself before you can do it for anyone else.
It's Time to Show Up
2025/10/15
In this episode, I discuss the need to show up for ourselves, even if others don't. Although this is a hard thing to do at times, it is important to learn how to navigate through our struggles without being overly dependent on others. Showing up for yourself could lead to isolation, or learning to take the time you need for yourself. Remember, this is a vital step to healing and continuing the process of self-growth.
Confront Your Demons
2025/10/08
In this episode, I speak about why it is important to address the things you've been avoiding. Although the episode is short and sweet, it speaks about having the courage to take your fears and address them head-on. Don't let your ancestors' past affect your future, and don't let your demons make you forget who you are. Although it is easy to try and forget things, if they still occupy your mind and impact you emotionally, there is a chance that you haven't confronted the root cause of things you may be battling with.
Unearthed: The Lies We Carry and The Truths They Bury with Chanchal Garg
2025/09/24
In this episode, we discuss the journey of Chanchal Garg and her route to reclaiming her life. In this searing memoir, Chanchal reveals the spiritual and sexual abuse that shattered her sense of self and forced her to question a life defined by duty and sacrifice. Unearthed is a powerful call to every woman who has ever felt silenced-an invitation to trust your inner voice, reclaim your story, and return to yourself. Silence can be very powerful, but it can also address identity in this episode, rself to heal. I allow you to be a hindrance, trauma, fear, and the journey of reclaiming power in your own life. https://chanchalgarg.com/
Sorry...Not Sorry
2025/09/17
This episode is an apology, but also my reasoning for why I needed to take a break. I have been out of touch with myself, but also navigating this thing we call life. In this episode, I give you all a small snippet of more lessons learned and topics I never knew I needed to talk about. I am so happy to be back and can not wait to engage in these hard conversations with guests as well as navigate through them on my own...She is back!
Unlocking the Ancient Secrets to Healing: Special Guest Gail Lynn
2024/03/06
In 2007, at the age of 37, Gail Lynn ’s dream of making a difference in the world was rudely shattered. The accumulated stress of two challenging relationships and three extremely competitive careers in the automotive, telecommunications, and film industries had decimated her physical, emotional, and psychological reserves, leaving her with a medical diagnosis of severe cardiovascular stress and on the verge of an instant heart attack. Determined to restore her health, Gail plunged into the world of energy medicine. When a series of whole-body light and sound treatments reversed her diagnosis, she set out to uncover both the ancient history and modern science behind light and sound as healing therapies. In this episode we unlock the conversation surrounding other options we have in order to promote healing.
Boundaries will always be there…
2024/02/28
In this weeks episode I take a dive into setting boundaries. It is not easy, but it is also very necessary in life. Self awareness of what you need to keep yourself safe is a learning curve. Being receptive to what others need can be hard, but to support our friends, family, lovers, and coworkers, it is our role to ensure acceptance of who they are, and who they have yet to become.
Rough Waters : Special Guest Heather Markham
2023/12/20
In this episode, we discuss the journey of standing and surviving. Taking the time to pivot and persevere. Finally, following the path of transfer to thrive. Healing is a part of life for many reasons, and for some, it is a cycle of pain, discomfort, grief, adaptability, acceptance, and growth. You are the driving force for your healing, and even if some things are out of your control, remember, you are not a burden. Let the rough waters pull you into the wave so that you can see there is peace, joy, pride, and strength once the wave breaks free.

A Cry for Help
2023/03/29
A cry for help comes in different forms. It is not up to us to decide if someone is okay or not. As friends and good people in this world, it is important that we try our best to support those in need of emotional and mental support. Depression is a storm that can come in many forms and can appear different amongst all people no matter their race or lifestyle. Depression is not a choice or a way of life, it's a curse that affects more people than we know. In this episode, I speak about the need to seek the signs of a cry for help, and how we can self-evaluate for our own sanity.
Pressure
2023/01/18
The pressure we feel from others never translates well. Is it your choice or their choice to decide your fate? In this episode I discuss ignoring the pressure we feel from others and taking things at our pace. Your life is in your hands and so is your journey. Only you can decide when it's time for a change.
Falling From the Top
2023/01/11
In this episode, I go into detail about recent trauma and how that can impact one's healing process. As people, we feel the need to have control over everything that has to do with our lives, until that control gets taken away. Healing can be out of the ordinary sometimes but with pain comes recovery. In this episode, I talk about trying to see the light at the end of the tunnel when you've fallen from the top.
Accountability for Thy Self
2022/10/05
Taking accountability for your own actions and setting those personal standards for yourself can be hard. It is important that that we take the time to make sure we are holding ourselves accountable so we can not only show up for ourselves but for others.
Have You Forgiven Yourself?
2022/09/21
Self forgiveness sometimes is harder than forgiving someone who hurt you. Its time that you put your past decisions behind you and move forward to the now. Being able to forgive yourself for the wrongs or the traumas you’ve experienced is the key to self healing and peace. Join me as I speak through my journey with self forgiveness and call on to others to do the same.
