34. Moving from Victim to Victor
2026/09/08
Do I want to come on here and talk about my relationship with a victim mentality? No. Is it necessary? Absolutely. In this jam session, I’m pulling back the hood on how we tell stories—and why we get so stuck in them. We live in a world where drama makes a story juicy, but when we get trapped in the loop of our own victim narrative, there’s no endpoint. We wear the story as an identity, and honestly? It’s wearing our bodies, our energy, and our vitality completely down. I am not speaking from a pedestal. I am speaking from real-life, vulnerable, messy experience. As a Virgo with the Channel of Judgment in my Human Design, I am serial for complaining, blaming, and spotting what’s broken. But I’ve learned that every time I fire a reactive arrow, I just invite more drama that delays my ability to distil the wisdom from the pain. Inside this episode, we explore: The Arrow of Reaction: How making the choice to hold back our immediate emotional reactions stops a victim story before it even takes off. Telling Stories for Alchemy, Not Revenge: Why the goal of sharing our hard experiences must be to extract the wisdom—not to put a metaphorical noose around someone else's neck. The Physical Toll of Blame: How complaining and holding onto "who wronged me" literally drains your body of vitality and joy. The Comfort of the Victim Mentality: Why we unconsciously stay stuck in old patterns out of fear that stepping into our true power will distance us from the people and places we love. Shifting Shadow to Gift: How moving from complexity to simplicity allows us to stop overcomplicating our growth and actually get on with our purpose. This isn’t about invalidating real pain—it’s an invitation to expand your awareness and ask: Once the dust settles, what are we going to do about it? How are we going to alchemize this into fuel? Press play, take a breath, and let’s explore this hard hitting subject together. Jade Founder of Kapa Ora Collective
33. Cheated On In Life, Love & Business
2026/08/27
Welcome to my Do What Works Era; For years, I’ve tried to force consistency with podcasting, booking guests, matching calendars, and overcomplicating the simple stuff. But the truth is? What comes effortlessly to me is opening up my diary, alchemizing my pain into fuel, and sharing the unfiltered wisdom that comes out of it. So Im making this podcast is my sacred diary space. In this episode, I’m taking you straight into the deep end. I’m pulling a page right out of my journal on what it really means to be cheated on in life, love, and business, and why all surface-level problems always point back to one place: home to self. Inside the episode, we dive into: The Reframing of the "Doormat": Why having an open heart isn't a weakness, even when you've been burned. Tolerating Betrayal for Security: How my childhood experience of paying my own way at 15 created an internal fear that kept me tolerating bad behavior just to feel safe. Making a House a Home Inside Yourself: The difference between keeping busy to escape your own thoughts versus actually building a safe, rooted space within your own body. The Guilt of Receiving: Unpacking the heavy, false narrative that it's "dangerous" or "selfish" to let my partner support us while I build my business. Dropping the Unnecessary Worry: Realizing how projecting my own fears onto the people who love me actually robs them of the joy of supporting me. Feeling deeply is my medicine, but digging up these pearls of wisdom isn't always easy. I'm opening up my soul in hopes that sharing my raw experiences helps normalize yours. Whether you're listening on Unearth Your Worth or hanging out inside The Remix (my private mentorship space for Sisters doing Sacred Work in Business), press play, settle in, and let's go deep.
32. My journey with having, handling and resolving conflict
2026/06/10
In this raw and unedited episode, I’m sharing a deeply personal reflection on conflict, closure, and the true cost of avoidance. It’s easy to scroll past social media advice telling us to "protect our peace" or avoid "low-vibe" people, but are we just using these phrases as a bypass to avoid uncomfortable conversations? For three years, I silently carried the weight of a severed friendship that ended without face t face, full circle moment. Holding onto that unsaid energy left me in a place of deep self-doubt forcing me to question how I build trust and connection, the very foundation of my work as a coach. In this episode, I share how I reframed this pain through the lens of the Maori creation story of Ranginui and Papatūānuku, finding peace in the realisation that some connections must be severed to let the light in. This is an honest look at what it means to stay in your integrity, move past "tit-for-tat" thinking, and reclaim your Mana in navigating beginnings, middles and endings in relationships.
31. Talkin Story with Gemma Rose Peacock
2026/04/22
In this episode, I sit down with Sister Gemma Rose Peacock. From our conversation, a few big themes emerged, lets go through them one by one. Reclaiming Leadership from the Ground Up: Gemma describes how she once thought of leadership as a “boardroom” concept—something reserved for people in suits or those climbing the corporate ladder. She’s passionate about activating that grassroots leadership in anyone who’s ready to step fully into their own agency. Navigating Two Worlds: Security vs. Freedom: We dug into what it’s like to sit between two very different realities: the safety and predictability of a salaried job versus the uncertainty—and deep joy—of going all-in on a personal calling. Listening to the “Nudges” and Facing Fear: When did Gemma know it was time to make her big leap? She pointed to those persistent, niggling feelings—moments of quiet on a walk, in meditation, or just sitting in nature—where an inner voice pushes you toward something different. Once she acknowledged those nudges, she couldn’t ignore them without risking her own well-being. Throughout the conversation, Gemma kept circling back to that core idea: leadership is within each of us, it manifests in the small daily choices we make, and it often starts by honouring our own calls to change—even when it feels impossible. If you’ve ever felt like you couldn’t speak up, set a boundary, or leave a path that didn’t serve you, this kōrero (conversation) is for you. Gemma hopes that by the end, you’ll feel your own quiet leadership ignite—and maybe find the courage to say, “Yes, I am a leader. I can take these next steps.” You can connect with her on socials or at https://go.gemmarosepeacock.com/leadership Thanks for being here. Jade Varopana Benioni
30. Talkin Story with Celeste Long
2026/04/22
Disclaimer before we talk about this episode: #1: Haiiii after 3 years! lol #2: I have a serial habit of shifting and creating two or three of things, like creating and changing podcasts, business names and coaching programs. Its a habit Im sorting it out, and trying to get down to 1 of everything. So Im consolidating my podcast episodes, bear with me as I address my addiction to busy-ness. Okay now for the main event! In this episode, our esteemed guest is a dear sister of mine, our connection started when Celeste was called to come on a journey with me in a private coaching container, and over the years we have remained closely connected, as sisters who continue to see and support each other as we Navigate this world.  Celeste helps people bring Tino Rangatiratanga (Sovereignity) into the modern world, helping people to traverse current systems and apply Tino Rangatiratanga (Sovereignity) to set up their businesses, their homes, their assets. Her background is in financial planning and banking and in her current role she has gained a lot of exposure to law and accounting. Celeste has a mastery in understanding and organising the current structures we have available in the world to support people to create their versions of success and freedom for their families. Its work she does alongside a woman and a friend, on the Gold Coast, and work she is very proud to be a part of. We are honored to have her share her wisdom. Nau mai haeremai sis!
29. Talkin Story with Jade Varopana Benioni
2023/10/25
The first episode of this Talkin Story series. Lately it has been calling me to share more stories. Everyone has a story and when we choose to have the courage to stand upon part of our story and share it, it becomes medicine for another. Each fortnight at least I want to Talk Story with someone I have had the pleasure of speaking with in my life, and guiding them to share their story here with you all.
28. Real Talk 1:1 - Charde Heremaia
2022/08/22
A couple of weeks back I jammed with the sis Charde Heremaia, who is a self built bad ass comedian of 'Memoirs of a Maori'. I was called to jam and open this chapter of Real Talk 1:1 with her because I knew we would just be ourselves and that is the goal of having these jam sessions - to inspire women to BE her unapologetic bad ass self, however that looks, because the REAL DEAL can never be imitated, duplicated or questioned. We speak about all the things because were literally getting to know each other haha. We talk about Charde's Only Fans journey, she even INVITES me to introduce my sales teachings on OF (which for a Projector is AWESOME), we discuss our thoughts on the Marae being built in Sydney and I unpack the Chardes Human Design chart right here on the podcast. Follow the sis on Instagram here or find her on facebook here and support her work and full expression here on OnlyFans here!
27. Story Time - Hine Titama and Hine Nui Te Po
2022/05/20
Retelling, recreating and retaining powerful ancient stories is as essential as good food and strong relationships. Powerful stories that have lived through the centuries are the only thing that can reach into places of great unseen depth and open doors, and create trust, resilience and inner peace. In this story I speak about my journey with Hine Titama and Hine Nui te Po and how they live on within us as wahine, women therefore what ever we are going through we are NEVER alone. The essence of their Mana to traverse challenge, adversity and death itself, is within us.
