Advertise on podcast: Dariel Discusses

Recorded under compulsion and submitted pursuant to disciplinary sanctions imposed by Florida International University, this podcast serves as my formal reflection on the incident that led to punishment despite the absence of criminal charges, credible threats, unlawful conduct, or any evidence. This episode addresses the personal, academic, and constitutional consequences of the University’s actions, including free speech, compelled speech, due process, censorship, and the chilling effect of institutional punishment. No part of this recording constitutes an admission of wrongdoing. This is not an apology. This is a statement for the record.
