The consequences of gender-based violence are devastating and can have life-long repercussions for survivors. *IS IT COMMON IN NIGERIA*? One in four Nigerian women are sexually abused before they turn 18, with the majority of cases of sexual abuse in country are not prosecuted, according to the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).

Self-love accepting yourself as you are in this very moment for everything that you are. It means accepting your emotions for what they are and putting your physical, emotional and mental well-being first.  . “You can only love God and your neighbor as much as you accept and love yourself!” through studying the more you look inwardly and love yourself, the more you can love others and be at peace and content.

The love of Christ is seen in many ways, including the changes that take place in our own lives. His love in us allows us to show love to others, impacting people with the love of Christ everywhere we go.

The world is changing, and the dreams of each teen change accordingly. Children should choose their career path and live their dreams. However, the real world experience of parents definitely cannot be put on a back seat. So, who should be the one choosing a career for a child — the child himself, parents or both together?

You have to begin to grow your mind to the point of seeing criticism as a plus and as an advantage. > see it as your campaign manager > see it as your advertiser and promoter > see it as your free ride to more fame and popularity > see it as a magnetic force that will in time, draw more nobles, wise hearts and the greats to your life. Until you understand this, you may not know peace of mind in your life's and destiny's journey to greatness. But if you want to be mindful of criticism, remain behind the closed doors and keep your voice of positive change, impacts and freedom in a sealed clay pot permanently buried beneath the earth surface.
