Description

When I started this podcast, it was about positivity & mindset. I was an optimist, and life going mostly as planned. Then our daughter Savannah was stillborn, and everything changed. So did I. This podcast now explores grief, faith, and a love that doesn’t end — even when life does. I’m a mom learning to live after loss: still healing, seeking answers, and trying to understand God's plan. Some days I do, some days I just squint and hope for the best. Together, we’ll hold heartbreak and hope, finding light in darkness, & trusting that even though she didn't get stay - here she is.

03. If I Knew Then What I Know Now...
2026/01/15
A familiar phrase, unpacked with tenderness. This episode explores hindsight, growth, and the quiet compassion of recognizing that we did the best we could with what we had at the time.
2. A Heavenly Birthday and Gentle Holiday Hugs
2025/12/24
A reflection on Savannah’s second birthday and the complicated tenderness of the holidays after loss. This episode is an offering of gentle hugs, shared love, and permission to move through the season at your own pace.
01. She Didn't Get To Stay
2025/12/02
She Didn’t Get to Stay: A Gentle Relaunch This first episode is tender — part introduction & part love letter to the little girl who changed everything as we honor and remember her 2nd trip around the sun. I’ll play a few reflections I recorded throughout this past year — raw moments, honest thoughts, and pieces of a grief journey I never expected to take. If you’re navigating grief, searching for God in heartbreak, or simply trying to breathe in the in-between, I hope this episode reminds you that you’re not alone. There is room here for your sorrow and your hope. For your questions and your faith. For their memory and your healing. Thank you for being here. This is where we begin again — gently. Happy 2nd Birthday, sweet Savannah 3

54. It's All Part of the Experience, Honey (Marathon Lessons, Part 1)
2023/01/23
"Clark, Audrey's frozen from the waist down." 🥶 "That's all part of the experience, honey." What an experience marathon training has been!  Sometimes I felt like frozen Audrey from Christmas Vacation, but luckily I had the Clark Griswold of running (Anna) by my side with all the optimism and wisdom to keep me going!  These are lessons I want to take with me in other areas of my life-- so this is me, bottling up all the good hacks and tricks I learned to fool my body into thinking it could run a dang marathon - delivered right from my heart and into your ear holes!  Here is Part 1:  1. Get a Mentor (Find your Clark Griswold)  2. Treat Bad Days Like a Scientist (Learn and Move on!) 3. Improve Your Intention (Dig deeper - what do you really want?) Referenced: The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg (a must read) Hope to see you on Insta/FB/YT @AuddlyEnoughPodcast! You. Are.  Enough.  Period. #AuddlyEnough #YouAreEnough #AuddlyEnoughPodcast #Marathoner #MarathonLessons #Motivation
Introducing: 26 Lessons Learned Training for a Marathon
2023/01/23
I am back and comin' in hot with some fresh momentum coming off of 6 months of training for a marathon!  I found out so much about myself during the training - it's in the journey not the destination, right? - and I wanted to bring some lessons learned to the Pod Squad!  Some things that worked for me...some things that didn't...and my goal to approach life differently as a result of the lessons.  This won't be a series on how to train for a marathon, rather how to approach life situations like a marathoner.  Which I am actively practicing alongside you :) Let's embrace the journey together -- we are enough! 48. Don't Stop Believin' (The Journey)
2022/01/27
While it is important to be able to vividly picture the destination of where we aspire to go (in goal-setting), it is equally important to be able to understand the Journey - what we are going to have to do to get there. In order to put the work boots on our words, there are some very important questions that we need to ask ourselves to get closer to You 2.0!  In this week's episode, that's exactly where we'll go.     Let's get social! Find me on insta/facebook @AuddlyEnoughPodcast.     Check out Linktr.ee/auddlyenoughpodcast for all the ways to engage with the show.     & In case nobody has told you yet today - YOU ARE ENOUGH!
