This expository sermon explores David's raw honesty about suffering and his radical trust in God's deliverance—offering biblical guidance for anyone navigating personal tragedy, anxiety, or loss. Preached at Richmond, Kentucky Seventh-day Adventist Church, July, 2023

A survey of Old Testament in New Testament text and support of the Seventh Day Sabbath as the only Sabbath recognized in Scripture. This is audio is extracted from a video on my YouTube channel, Voices in the Garden.

This is a full reading of Psalm 27 followed by some commentary and ending with a prayer.

Here are my notes on the book of #Daniel as a model, as a paradigm of all history and biblical prophecy. It takes up the themes of both in revealing God's sovereignty throughout history and into the prophetic future. Daniel is the foundation stone for what comes later in the Apocalypse, The Book of Revelation. It is essential to understand Daniel to understand the Apocalypse. These are notes to aid that understanding.

I just turned the recorder on and started talking, catching up from my long hiatus, offering some links to where I've been recording video, and then talking about spiritual things, about my life and some scripture. I want to do this more often, as I keep saying. Pray for me and I'll be praying for you.

This is a sermon I preached on Psalm 31 at the Richmond Kentucky Seventh-day Adventist Church, on July 29th 2023. I recorded this on my phone using a Rode lavalier mic as I was speaking from the pulpit. It has not been edited. I pray you find a blessing in Christ as you listen to God's word. O love the Lord, all you His godly ones! The Lord preserves the faithful And fully recompenses the proud doer. Be strong and let your heart take courage, All you who hope in the Lord." Psalm 31.23,24

This is a sermon I preached on June 3rd, 2023 at a small Seventh-day Adventist Church in Kings Mountain, Kentucky.

What it says in the title

This is a reading of Psalm 37, a Psalm of King David. It is a reading, first of all for Sasha, a faithful listener of my podcast and my YouTube channel. A good friend, creative writer, artist, and trusted counselor.

There is a very brief glitch in this recording but I couldn't find a convenient way to cut it out. This is audio extracted from a video because of that glitch, which then desynchronized the sound with the movement of my mouth. With more technical savvy I suppose it could be fixed but I decided to save it this way, to save what I had to say about some early spiritual experience and how it relates to me today, about the presence of God in my life.

This is audio extracted from a video I made on my channel earlier today. It was about the simplicity of faith in the Christian Life.

Holiday blessings! In this episode I'll be reading from the books of Matthew, Luke, and the Book of Revelation on the incarnation of Jesus and the meaning of his birth for us. The reading in Revelation will give us an overview of the great controversy between Christ and Satan as it relates to his birth and the situation of his church today. #incarnation #jesus

In this episode I give a full reading of the book of 1st John, chapters 1 through 5. I follow that with some thoughts on one of the verses. And I close with a prayer for myself and for you. I hope you find this a blessing.
