Cheryl is an IFBB physique Pro who won her status at the 2018 Masters National Championships in Pittsburgh Pa. Cheryl shares her journey with battling Cancer of 4 years and a near death experience ileostomy of 1 year. 2020 may have had it struggles for everyone but Cheryl shows you can make it with the right mindset and food. She says food was medicine and is proud to have made it up on stage again.
