Description

Hi, I'm @MindfulNikki Co-Host of the "JustBE Mindful Podcast"! As a mindfulness teacher, author of the "JustBE Mindfulness Guidebook", and a JustBE Mindful Mentor to teens; I wanted to create a Podcast not only for teens, but also for teachers and parents of teens. It was important I bring on board a teen's voice to this Podcast. Luckily Nurielle Auguste and I crossed paths, joining the JustBE team, and becoming the Host for this Podcast. She is a dynamic senior in high school, focusing on Journalism and getting her voice out there in each episode. Together we navigate difficult teen issues like toxic friends, failed expectations, and heartbreak through a mindfulness perspective. There is valuable insights in each Podcast, not only for teens, but for the adults in their lives who love em'. Tune in Today!!!
