14/9/26 - Elder Angela Morris - “The Benefits of Having Grace In Your Life " on Super Soulful Sunday
2026/09/14
Today Elder Angela Morris leads us into "The Benefits of Having Grace in Your Life." Taken from Pastor Rick Warren’s teachings, she reminds us that grace is God’s gift.
So, what does God's grace mean to you? God's grace is unearned, unconditional, and overflowing. It is not once off but generous and unending.
His grace lifts us when we stumble, strengthens us when we are weak, and teaches us to walk in compassion and to show empathy toward others.Grace isn’t a one-time gift. It’s the ongoing work of God in you today, tomorrow, and every day thereafter.
So, may His grace abound in you.
“Grace teaches us that life’s trials are not here to break us, but to shape us each challenge becomes a wing, lifting the soul higher.”
We hope this message finds you today. Please note Into The Garden will be off air for the next 2 weeks.

9/9/26 Mrs, Job in Great Suffering with Doreen Rosslee on Coffee Time
2026/09/09
🎙️ In this episode, we step into the overlooked story of Mrs. Job. A woman like any other, she could've been you who endured unimaginable loss, grief, and hardship, yet whose latter days were blessed beyond measure.
Through her eyes, we explore resilience, faith, and the quiet strength of a woman who stood in the shadows of suffering but emerged with restoration.
Listeners will be inspired to see their own wilderness seasons as places where God still speaks, still restores, and still brings calm after the storm.
Doreen, so beautifully brings it home. She ties it with excerpts from her own life. This is not just Job’s story, it is every woman’s story of endurance, hope, and renewal. Whilst listening to it, little did I ever grasp her side as many a time, the focus is mainly on Job, but thanks to Doreen she shifted the focus to Job's wife, one we can so rightfully identify with and still shine.
As you tune in, remember your worth today.

3/9/26 When The Brook Began To Speak - Soul Story by Salomé
2026/09/03
When The Brook Began To Speak - It was born out of stillness and inspired by the moment "Once She Stopped Rushing." Written on 30 September, it reflects the awakening that comes when we pause and listen.
Deep inside each of us is a well , call it a reservoir of imagination often suppressed by pain, heartache, loss, or trauma.
This piece is my expression of that well bursting forth, like a brook overflowing into untamed terrains of creativity. It carries wisdom through words, colours, and forms reminding us that art is not only an expression but of transformation.
There is no comparison, just come seek and find. There is no correct page or canvas, for each one is your own, bringing out your very own uniqueness. By exploring, it helps to heal the wounds of the past. It clears the atmosphere as God ushers in the great unknown.
It speaks of the courage to step beyond comfort zones, to embrace the unknown, and to trust the divine orchestration of God who redirects us into paths we never imagined.
As you tune in, remember your worth today.

23/8/26 "A Tribute to Senior Women - My life and Times with 97 year old Author Chrissie Du Plessis Mallet"
2026/08/23
Ending off Women's Month with a Tribute to senior women, our stalwarts, our leaders , our life changers and makers.
Today we dedicate this episode to our senior women, celebrating resilience, creativity, and timeless wisdom. I was blessed to share a 7‑minute interview with Aunt Chrissie, who at the age of 96 published her memoir My Life and Times with publisher Rehana Obaray.
I first met Aunt Chrissie when she visited my late in‑laws, always carrying a gentle spirit. Her story reminds us that creativity knows no age limit. In a world that often glorifies youthful achievement, Aunt Chrissie’s memoir is a powerful reminder that it is never too late to write, reflect, and leave a legacy.
This episode includes:
A reading from the introduction of her book
A heartfelt tribute from her daughter Rose in Canada
Reflections on caregiving, faith, and the beauty of senior voices
✨ Be encouraged by this beautiful soul who shows us all that nothing is impossible and that God is always in control.

21/08/26 The Sound of Her Own Name - A Journey through Brokenness, Resilience, and Rediscovery
2026/08/21
Today’s episode is a journey through brokenness, resilience, and rediscovery.
A raw and poetic reflection on surviving divorce, reclaiming identity, and finding strength in God’s truth. This is not just a story, it’s a sound, a call, and a reminder that healing begins when we dare to rise and stand firm.
“The Sound of Her Own Name” is a deeply personal reflection by host and author Salomè Jacobs. It tells the story of a woman who endured betrayal, loss, and the unraveling of a marriage only to discover her own voice, her own strength, and her God‑given identity.
It is a message of hope for anyone navigating grief, abuse, or the quiet aftermath of broken chapters.
"Honour her for all that her hands have done, and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.: Proverbs 31:31
It’s a time to commemorate the amazing women who paved the way for generations to come.

9/8/26 Happy Women's Day edition - She Is with Salomé
2026/08/09
In this episode of Super Soulful Sunday, Salomé shares a poem that spoke to her. A poem of a woman being in isolation, in the cave of obscurity in the incubation season of waiting, waiting and waiting until upon a day the season of waiting brought about - something new.
“She Is” is a heartfelt Women’s Day reflection written by Salomè Jacobs in May 2026. It is a poetic journey into the soul of womanhood. Celebrating strength and vulnerability, creativity and resilience, silence and voice.
Through vivid lines, it honours women who cry, smile, create, break, and rise again, reminding us that God sees, equips, and crowns them for times such as these. It is both personal and universal: a tribute to every woman who carries the spirit of warrior women, from the pit to the palace, adorned in light and fire, the apple of His eye.
She is Me...She is You...

5/8/26 Elder Audrey Folson - Conquer Wednesday "Wash Me!" A reflection from Psalm 51:1-7
2026/08/05
In this episode of Conquer Wednesday, Elder Audrey Folson shares a powerful word - "Wash Me!"
This extract comes from the heart of King David who committed adultery. First lust I would assume as his eyes fell on Bathsheba whilst at the bathing pool. And because He was a man of stature of refinement, He too, like so many today, committed a hideous act.
No matter how many attempts we try to hide our sinful acts what is done in the dark, sheds light. However, what is pleasing to know is that King David in all earnest and sincerity didn't repent with a shallow apology. No, it was with a heart broken with repentance.
He didn't blame others neither Bathsheba, he took full responsiblity. Even though King David was forgiven, the impact of those consequences remained and left his Kingdom and household divided.

03/8/26 Pray Without Ceasing with Doreen Rosslee
2026/08/03
This week, Doreen Rosslee (Ontario, Canada) shares a powerful message: "Pray Without Ceasing."
As you tune in, make your request known today. Be like David, bring and leave "Everything" before God. Be consistent, persistent with a thankful heart and see the tables turned.
Start your conversations with God and end your day with God and in all your getting - Get understanding.
In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
— Philippians 4:6-7
Thank God and soon you will testify.
