My Grad School Journey

A year I will never forget…I lost my grandmother a day before her birthday, and currently have family members battling COVID-19. I lost myself and found myself multiple times this year. I’ll speak on the ups and downs of my life during 2020, both personally and professionally. Dealing with Depression

Many people loved the summer of 2016.  While I had similar feelings that suddenly changed and I quickly submerged into a dark place. 2016 and early 2017 exposed a different side of me, one of which I hope to never visit again. Let’s talk about the big 'D'…..Depression. Some would call this Post-Graduate Depression. We’ll cover the build up, the thick of it and the strength to make a change.
