The AI Dividend
2026/06/26
Erica Farmer is a keynote speaker on AI and future skills. She believes the real AI advantage isn’t productivity — it’s happier, more resilient people who know how to partner with it. Erica aims to help HR, L&D and business leaders go from feeling exposed, overwhelmed and behind on AI to feeling confident, courageous and ready to lead meaningful AI adoption.
Her recently published book, "AI for People Professionals", emphasises the importance of starting with purpose by focusing on the human outcomes you want AI to serve. Her key message is that AI is here to serve us, not the other way around and so individuals and organisations need to focus on finding their AI dividend.

Tom Frengos is a human potential facilitator and coach who has dedicated his life helping people achieve their potential and live a more meaningful life. He has recently published a book titled Fifteen Pauses: The life-changing silence and stillness of Japanese Ma.

The Magic of Tantra
2024/10/03
Kiran & Jivan are two amazing human beings that I had the pleasure of working with this year when I travelled to Romania with my wife to join their Tantra retreat for couples. Tantra is a Sanskrit word that means "woven together". Tantra practitioners weave together the physical and spiritual worlds with a non-dual perspective on life. The philosophy is present in many ancient traditions including Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism and western Alchemy.
Kiran and Jivan have been exploring life & love mysteries and working together since 2004. They offer meditation and Tantra retreats, Osho Meditations and Trance Dance & Ecstatic Shaking facilitator trainings, group workshops and individual sessions where they share a way of being and living consciously and passionately in the world by balancing the energy of body, mind and emotions.
I throughly enjoyed this conversation and I hope you all do too.
