I was reading my book in the car park of the gym this morning and I read a chapter called "conscious parenting" and it made me think about a lot and about my inner child and how I parent him. I pulled my camera out, opened voice memos on my phone and that's how this podcast episode was born. Thank you for listening.. Peace and Love always.

My soul came here for the full human experience. I want everything that comes with life. The highs and lows, the good and bad, sunny days and rainy days... I want all the smoke.

One of the greatest learnings i've ever had is about projections and that the universe is a mirror. How you feel about others.. is how you feel about yourself and vice versa.  That's what today's episode is about and I give some great examples of times where i've projected onto people and times where i've felt others have been projecting onto me. Learning these things has truly been life changing for me and how I show up in my everyday life. I appreciate everyone tapping into another episode. Lemme know your thoughts.. Peace and love always.

I've been back in my bag lately with consistency with my videos and content so i'm excited to be back here doing my podcast again.  In this episode I talk about what i've been upto the past few months but the main topic is what i'm upto next... some big changes and pivots in my life are happening and i'm excited for what's next... When I was in primary and intermediate school a common thing people would say about me is that I'm a show off. But I always knew and felt that I had a light to shine but because I didn't wanna be a show off I thought I had to dim it. So that 10,11,12 year old boy is still inside me scared to show off still and I have to remind him that it's not showing off like they said it was, it's shining your unique light. Not everyone will accept your light but the ones that do will appreciate you for who you really are. And being your whole authentic self is the best gift you can give to the world.

In today's episode we talk about the power of acceptance and how everything in life happens on purpose and for our ultimate good. I had a great conversation with my mum recently about acceptance and forgiveness and that's what we break down in this episode.
