HD goes back to back, the New York Knicks have won the NBA Finals! That brought us out of our unplanned hiatus (it was for good reason) to give Brunson his flowers, ponder if Wemby is already a villain, if it’s justified, and how they can make it back, and how OKC failed to repeat amid a Thunder Derangement Syndrome epidemic.

Back with your regularly scheduled programming. The Seahawks won the Super Bowl since we last spoke, but we figured that huh. Now it’s offseason time and the QB market is disgusting. Will someone have to dig deep into their bag of tricks like with a Tyson Bagent trade? That, an NBA update, and more!

The NFL playoffs have been cinema. The Super Bowl is set. The NFL coaching carousel has been spinning at crazy speeds. And Giannis has finally accomplished the most cowardly trade request possible. Nick drops in to help us process this big week in sports.

They actually did it: the Ravens fired John Harbaugh. For seemingly the wrong reasons? Hear our reactions to the move we advocated for but didn't think would actually happen. Plus, our NFL playoff thoughts, with a detour into asking Nick about the Trae Young to the Wizards rumors.

The Steelers and Ravens are on opposite trajectories. Aaron Rodgers loves his head coach. Dylan does not. But hey, the Knicks won the NBA Cup so it’s all ok. Happy Holidays from HD 🎉

You read that right: the Baltimore Orioles opened up their wallet for once. We come back from our stints on IR to watch the hot stove, put a bow on the Shepherd football season, check in on the NBA season, and catch up on the NFL (mostly complaining about the Ravens).

Ryan is back in his regular spot this week as we dig back into the NFL, especially the AFC where the Patriots are rolling, Lamar is back, and the Steelers are on the brink of needing to make some drastic decisions. Luckily, a 4 game win streak from Shepherd football can keep the vibes afloat.

The NBA season is upon us and it’s starting out the only way they know how: getting the attention off of basketball. Ryan swings by with Knicks takes but it’s Nick Arguelles out of the bullpen to talk about the NBA gambling scandal and to preview the upcoming season.

After an extended bye week, we've returned to take stock of the divisions around the NFL. The Colts might be for real. The Seahawks, and the Patriots (their QB) sure seem like they are. Unfortunately, the Chiefs are back. Meanwhile, the Jaguars have a corner playing WR and a dog playing quarterback, Jalen Hurts turned into a pumpkin again, the Bills are tissue soft.

Shepherd’s defense is cooked. The Ravens got dominated in the trenches. The Steelers only beat the Patriots off turnovers. WVU couldn’t meet the standard of “just don’t be horrible”. At least some other teams had some fun this weekend.

The football went better than expected for us as fans this weekend...except the Steelers. We break down the controversial Shepherd loss to Slippery Rock, WVU's win over Pitt, and see whatever findings week can get out of a 2 game NFL sample size.

NFL Week 1 is in the books and it was full of excitement. The Steelers and Jets had a shootout, the Ravens blew another lead, and the Dolphins look like they could hit rock bottom. We go game-by-game to give our thoughts on the start of the season and give a quick look forward to week 2, Shepherd vs. Slippery Rock, and WVU vs Pitt.

Shepherd football had a rough season opener. How worried should we be? At least WVU looked a lot better. And hey, the NFL starts tomorrow! So it’s time for a season preview, along with a sidebar on the Micah Parsons trade and Jerry Jones.

Russell Goodacre enters the 10-timers club as he's back again for a Shepherd and D2 football season, and this time, with some new friends: long-time Shepherd athletics photographers John and Pam Boyle! We talk to them about their time around the school, their pictures, running fan pages, and of course, the 2025 Shepherd Rams. Then, Russ shares with us some exclusive anonymous thoughts from a football player affected by the Shepherd compliance issues, before taking a trip around the national D2 landscape, with a bonus Shepherd history lesson at the end.

We're one week into the NBA offseason, which means the dust has settled on most of the action. We bring in Nick Arguelles to help us go team by team breaking down what they've done and where they stand including - the Bucks taking out a 2nd mortgage - The Face of Amazon Prime Day LeBron James might want traded - The Nets missed a whole 100 shots - The Wizards' future is...optimistic? and more!
