Your Life Compass - Finding Your North
2026/02/24
This podcast is to motivate and inspire you to use your life compass to find your north. If you’ve ever stood outside on a clear night, you know there’s something grounding about looking up and finding the North Star. It doesn’t shout. It doesn’t move. It simply is—steady, constant, quietly guiding anyone who chooses to look for it. But here’s the thing: every one of us has a North Star too. A personal compass. The challenge is that most of us spend more time navigating the noise of life than listening for the direction that’s already inside us. I want you to find your compass. Listen on to find out how you can follow your compass with confidence using these 6 points.
The Power of the Second Wind
2026/02/04
I am here to uplift your spirits and share 4 heartfelt tips for February. Think of this moment as something quietly powerful. January often gets all the attention — the resolutions, the big promises, the fresh-start energy. But think of February being where the real story begins. January was the spark. February is the follow‑through. It can be a month where many people slow down, drift off track, or lose momentum. But it’s also the month where those who keep going — even imperfectly — begin to separate themselves. February is the month of the second wind. Think about runners. The first mile is full of adrenaline. But it’s the second mile — when the excitement fades and the work begins — that reveals who they are becoming. That’s where discipline grows. That’s where resilience forms. That’s where progress becomes real. Listen to find out my 4 heartfelt tips. And remember to smile and laugh, they cost you nothing.

5 tips on how to stop beating yourself up
2024/05/03
Here are 5 tips on how to stop beating yourself up – sometimes also called self-bullying. It’s great to have goals. Yes you need to have things in life you want to achieve. But you don’t have to constantly seek perfection in everything and then beat yourself up for everything not being perfect or making mistake or not achieving your goals when you wanted. It’s ok to critique yourself and learn from mistakes because this helps you to be more self-aware and find new ways to improve. However, if you constantly beat yourself up, criticise yourself then instead of helping you reach your goals it erodes your confidence and your peace of mind. Take a moment to think about some questions.....
