OPW: Panic Stations 2026
2026/10/15
This week on Dammit Vacant we're diving headfirst into the madness of Odyssey Pro Wrestling's latest show! Ellis breaks down a night packed with brutal brawls, shocking returns, heartbreaking defeats, and enough storyline twists to keep us arguing until the next show. We're talking Nate Reese kicking things off in spectacular fashion, Isaac North going into full murder mode, and Yorkshire Tough proving that being a massive bunch of shithouses is very much a team sport. Alexander Gray's quest for revenge takes another nasty turn, Craig Collins continues his reign of terror, and Ethan Edwards discovers that being a manipulative little mastermind doesn't necessarily mean anyone actually listens to you. Plus, Lana Austin claims the Women's Championship, Quinn and Boggs deliver the most gloriously ridiculous battle imaginable (yes, there are wrestling Crocs involved), and Sheriff Steele puts his entire career on the line over a flag. Because that's what real men do. And if that wasn't enough, RPD and Troy Ryan tear each other apart in a no-disqualification street fight, Craig Collins gets involved, and the returning Rick Marcus leaves everyone wondering what on earth happens next. So settle in for a full breakdown of a show that had everything: incredible matches, ridiculous wrestling nonsense, genuine emotion, and enough unfinished business to fill the next dozen episodes. Plus, get your tickets for Odyssey's next show on Saturday, 28 November, before they sell out! Like, subscribe, and join us as we celebrate the madness of independent wrestling.

The wrestling news is back — eventually. This week on the podcast, we somehow get from back pain, yoga and the dangers of puppy yoga to The Traitors, Gears of War and the eternal mystery of where all the cheese goes. Then, finally, we talk wrestling! Sheamus is a free agent, AEW has more contracts floating around, WrestleMania 43 is being kept mysteriously under wraps, Will Ospreay invents another ridiculous match, and Jay White is injured again because apparently his body has simply had enough. But beneath all the nonsense, we also take some time to talk about the recent wrestling tributes to a much-loved wrestler, the memories wrestling creates, and why those moments stick with us long after the matches are over. Plus: sharks are older then the greatest thing ever. It's wrestling. It's nonsense. It's occasionally quite emotional.
He's Our Bastard

This week’s episode is a little different. It’s difficult to talk about wrestling as usual when the wrestling world has lost someone so young and so deeply respected. We take some time to remember Ben Satterley — known to wrestling fans around the world as PAC and, during his WWE years, Neville — following his heartbreaking passing at just 40 years old. Rather than simply focusing on the headlines, we talk about the wrestler behind them: his incredible career, the matches that made him special, his unmistakable character, and the countless stories being shared by the people who had the privilege of knowing and working with him. What has been especially moving is just how many people have come forward with memories of Ben — not only celebrating his extraordinary talent inside the ring, but remembering him as a friend, a husband, a colleague and, above all, a genuinely good person. This episode is also a reminder that, for all the noise that can surround professional wrestling, there are real people behind the characters we invite into our homes every week. So hug the people you love. Tell them what they mean to you. And remember the good things. Go back and watch the matches. Watch the promos. Watch the moments that made you laugh, cheer and fall in love with wrestling in the first place. Remember what Ben Satterley gave to wrestling. Because as long as people continue to watch, remember and talk about the things he did, a part of him will always be here. Rest in peace, Ben.

KEITH LEE’S CULT ERA?! DRAGONOV TO AEW?! ALL OUT CHAOS! It’s time for another chaotic episode of Dammit Vacant and there’s A LOT to get through! Keith Lee has resurfaced… but what exactly is going on with the mysterious “Great Work”?! Meanwhile, Ilja Dragunov looks increasingly likely to be heading to AEW, more names are signing new deals, Danhausen is somehow becoming a crossover sports sensation, and WWE could be getting VERY cosy with Disney. Plus, we dig into the latest wrestling news, questionable business decisions, mysterious gimmicks, injuries, trademarks, and the eternal question: why does wrestling always have approximately 47 different championship names? #AEW #AEWAllOut #WWE #Wrestling #AEWDynamite #JonMoxley #WillOspreay #KeithLee #IljaDragunov #Danhausen

The boys are back, and this week’s Damn It Vacant is an absolute rollercoaster of wrestling news, questionable opinions and increasingly deranged ideas We kick things off with VR nightmares, accidental dog jump-scares and the terrifying prospect of Half-Life: Alyx, before getting into some genuinely difficult news surrounding the passing of Andy Williams aka The Butcher, along with tributes to wrestling legends Bill Dundee and Cody Rhodes’ beloved dog Pharaoh. Then things get considerably more chaotic… 🔥 WWE releases 🔥 AEW contract updates 🔥 Kairi Sane’s uncertain future 🔥 Rusev’s injury and potential return 🔥 Netflix censorship of WWE 🔥 WWE apparently wanting to turn wrestling shows into concerts 🔥 The ongoing mystery of Bayley’s contract 🔥 All In and AEW’s future plans 🔥 A whole lot of Dynamite discussion Plus, Ospreay vs Moxley, the Death Riders, Ricochet building his own “Boy Club”, MJF chasing Ospreay, Mercedes Mone being gloriously unhinged, and plenty of completely unnecessary discussion about tables, ladders and chairs. And somehow we still find time to talk about Mystique, terrible films, Progress Wrestling, and the possibility of death by Japanese wrestling manoeuvre. It's wrestling news. It's nonsense. It's Damn It Vacant. Like, subscribe and come hang out with us! #Wrestling #AEW #WWE #DamnItVacant #AEWDynamite #WrestlingNews #AllEliteWrestling #WWERaw #Ospreay #Moxley
All In 2026
2026/09/02
Episode 300 of Dammit Vacant is here — and what better way to celebrate than being absolutely knackered after a massive weekend of wrestling?! Ellis, John and Joe are back to talk all things AEW All In, RevPro and the madness of travelling to London for one of the biggest wrestling weekends of the year. We kick things off with the journey itself — delayed trains, mysterious trees on the tracks, questionable directions, excessive amounts of beer and the eternal struggle of finding the bloody Elizabeth Line. Then it's time for the wrestling! We discuss an absolutely wild RevPro show, including the British Heavyweight Championship, some spectacular amounts of blood, Robbie X potentially being an eldritch cryptid, FTR, tag-team action and whether £17 is a reasonable price for a hot dog. Then it's onto AEW All In, including Mercedes Moné vs Willow Nightingale, Britt Baker's return, the massive atmosphere inside the stadium and, of course, the main event: 🔥 Kenny Omega vs Will Ospreay for the AEW World Championship. Was it one of the best matches we've ever seen live? Was Ospreay's entrance ridiculously emotional? Was Kenny's final moment with Will a genuine passing of the torch? And why did the whole thing nearly make Joe cry? We also have complaints about AEW's screens, explosions, camera angles, expensive merchandise, stadium food, seating, weather, children running around upstairs and much, much more. It's wrestling. It's travel. It's exhaustion. It's episode 300. And somehow, we survived.

Was this one of the best Odyssey shows yet? Did Craig Collins actually win despite tapping out? Sending Pictures of Onions

In this episode Joe and John take over while Ellis tackles a nightmare job interview, leading to a chaotic mix of wrestling chat, life rants, and off-topic nonsense. From disastrous meal kits and supermarket frustrations to surprisingly futuristic translation tech, the conversation goes everywhere. On the wrestling front, they dive into the shocking WWE releases (including New Day), AEW highlights featuring Darby Allin, Brody King, and MJF, plus the latest news and rumors shaking up the industry. There’s also a more serious moment referring to Rebel’s ALS diagnosis and her impact during AEW’s pandemic era. Equal parts confusing & ridiculous—this episode blends wrestling analysis with nonsense, personal tangents, and the kind of chaotic energy you’d expect from two hosts left unsupervised.
