Not exactly scary but she still liked it. Here's the first one in our February '22 theme : FATAL LOVE. This one feels like a precursor to the new black voices in horror and I love it. I never realized ALIEN is just 2001 + Halloween. Lauren also sees everything as THE THING so that's interesting maybe? It seems we're in a horror slump still. Unappreciative and not scared. Our CHRISTMAS 2021 Series has begun! Lauren wasn't scared but that's alright. I didn't expect her to be. I just really wanted to show her a great anti Christmas movie. Christmas horror is always interesting how it effects people when they're so used to happy endings to holiday movies.
