But God is faithful; he will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation he will also provide the way out so that you may be able to bear it.

Today Pastor Jeff shares how self-control helps us manage our emotions and respond with strength and wisdom as God's Spirit works in our hearts. Proverbs 16:24   Patience is better than power, and controlling one's emotions, than capturing a city.
