This conversation is long over due especially as we enter a generation where masculinity s questioned based off assets, money, feelings, etc. I hope we all learn how important it is for black men to have spaces where they can be open and honest. It might lead to something great.

Do you know difference between a birth doula and a mid wife? How are you with your boundaries? As a birth doula, it can be hard to set boundaries with the new parents and parents to be, but it is necessary to make sure the job is done well.  Meet Nique, a birth doula and clinical researcher, who talks about what is like being a birth doula and setting up those boundaries to make sure she can give her best to her clients. 

Have you ever heard of a death doula? It's sounds fake but it's real. There are people out here who are here to help you deal with lost of a loved one before and after they die. Chana Harvey is a death doula who has a different take than what most people feel about death.
