Red flags are unavoidable when you're dealing with Hollywood and other mainstream cinema criticisms of a creative professional's work - be it a screenplay or a movie they've produced. I point out the red flags and the jargon that comes with the comments these critics make.

Mainstream cinema is set in its own ways. It is still stewing in the 1950s or in the early 20th century. I understand the need for making money from having the widest possible audience having access to content, but come on, the tactics used to silence some voices is deplorable and or unconscionable.

Quality criticism is super hard to come by. If there were requirements to hire or find a quality critic to objectively critique your work, certain criteria need to be met. Destructive criticism is not an option.

The predictability and the non risk taking of holiday themed movies. Why I won't be engaging in them. There are however, a few good ones out there, but most are garbage right from the get go.
