2025/10/16
This week we are going to dive right into the topic of slut-shaming. Why is it so common? Why is it that women seem too slut shame other women just as much as men? Why is it that men can brag about their body counts but women are considered "sluts" if they do? How does jealously and insecurity lead people to criticize other peoples confidence, sexualitliy, and sexual practices/beliefs? Listen in, chat with me, and find out all the answers!!

Episode 2 | Failing Post Secondary, Rising Above
2023/02/12
As a careless, kinda dumb, 17 year old I failed my first year of post secondary. Since then, I have completed a 3-Yr Diploma in Marine Environmental Technology & recieved a wonderful scholarship.
Listen along for some advice (if you're in post secondary, failing post secondary or just for a simple laugh). This is my first podcast, I don't have a mic yet. Excuse the sniffles & high/low audio in some parts. I am still learning!
Episode 10 | Postive Relationships: Green Flags, Postive Affirmations and More
2023/02/12
Tune in and listen to me discuss the green flags that are shown through postive, mutually respectful relationships. I will discuss how to recognize these green flags and why their presence is something you should really be looking if seeking a positive relationship. I will also discuss how red flags can manifest deep in ourselves (as much as we don't want to admit it) and some ways/coping mechanisms to improve your own level of emotional intelligence. Recognizing your own red flags and coping with your emotions is also a main topic incorporated into this week's podcast. Why is being toxic is normalized? Why is our dating culture based around sex and not intellectual connections? Why are green flags undermined by society but all the red flags are noticed, and sometimes glamorized? Listen in for all the answers + some advice, and voice cracks
