Sometimes resting is the most productive thing you can do for your mind, body, and soul. Stop guilt-tripping yourself for doing what’s best for you. Take a break & sit the f**k down. Recharge yourself as much as you recharge your phone. Clear your head, you don’t have to go to every party, every kickback & every link-up. Get into some self-affirming activities. Embrace uncertainty... lay low but still stand out.~Unkown

When you’ve really outgrown/ healed from certain things you do not want to be around or associate yourself with that anymore. You can give others grace and understanding but sometimes you’re literally disgusted with who you used to be. It’s not about thinking you’re better it’s about wanting better for yourself. Y’all should try it instead of victimizing yourselves when a person is elevating and you might not be a part of the elevation.~ Tash

Get you someone that understands life fr. Find someone who understands Priorities.

If you are serious about growth, be serious about accountability. If you are serious about abundance, be serious about gratitude. If you are serious about intimacy, be serious about vulnerability. If you are serious about discipline, be serious about delayed gratification.~

I stay away from people who avoid self reflection & accountability , cause if you can’t keep it real with yourself, ain’t no way in hell you gone keep it real with me.

I think the saddest thing is when you see a woman stay with a man that’s clearly not meant for her or doing right by her, and he starts sucking the life out of her… she stops dressing nice, stops wearing makeup and doing her hair, goes from lively and happy to timid and depressed, her whole aura fades from vibrant to meek... some of these people are killing beautiful women from the inside out and it’s so sad to see, I pray for everyone of my sisters in a toxic relationship and I hope one day you have the energy to leave.~

there’s nobody life that I look at with envy or feel as if I need it. not even if you have a partner to add value I still don’t. whatever you choose. it’s your choice and your decision. the life that I have is the only life that I have right now and i’ve been on one side for way too long. so, i’m going to morph, switch, rip out and or change whatever it is I need to change within my own life externally and internal to accomplish a life that I personally set out to achieve. that has complete fulfillment, happiness, peace, mayhem and many goals accomplished.
