The third eye chakra is located between your two eye brows to the middle of your forehead. A blocked or overactive third eye chakra limits your intuitions and your clarity. The clearing of this chakra allows for clarity, foresight, and greater intuition. Crystals to help clear the third eye chakra are: azurite, amethyst, blue aventurine, fluorite, purple garnet, and celestite.

Throat chakra is used for communication between you and others. A blocked or overactive throat chakra could be that you are lying to others or yourself, you have difficulty communicating your truth to others, you may have thyroid problems, or sinus/ chronic sore throat. Crystals that you can use to clear this chakra are: aquamarine, lapis lazuli, blue calcite, and blue kyanite.

Embrace anything that comes up with love and compassion for yourself.

Continue to open the heart chakra in this loving kindness meditation.

Clearing the heart chakra allows for more kindness, compassion, and love for yourself and all living organisms. Blocked or overactive heart chakra can have symptoms of lacking compassion for friends and family due to grief, high blood pressure, or heart disease. Crystals to help clear this chakra are: emerald, pink quartz, green calcite, green tourmaline, and green jade.

The solar plex chakra is located above the belly button and below the chest. It is the center for self esteem, sense of purpose, and will power. Blockages or overactive chakra can result in feelings of jealousy and controlling, aggressive or dominating behaviors. Crystals that can be used to clear this chakra are: lemon quartz, citrine, yellow jasper, or amber.

The sacral chakra is located below your belly button and is your zone of creativity, sexuality, and emotions. Crystals that are useful for clearing this chakra are Carnelian, tiger eye, and orange calcite.

Complete 7 chakra clearing including the 7th chakra- the crown chakra. This chakra is associated with thought, awareness, wisdom, and our connection to the Divine. Some crystals to heal the crown chakra are: amethyst, clear quartz, Sugalite, and Scolecite. Merry Christmas Eve everyone.
