Creating boundaries during Covid-19 is essential for everyone, especially those single folks out there. I dive into making sure to communicate your boundaires and understanding that setting boundaries is setting up the love that you have for yourself. I talk about the project Latinapodcasters.com that I have been working on and how you can join the Virtual Happy Hour Thursday nights at 7pm cst. I am also talk about how I am creating designated areas in my home for work, dinner and play, putting on makeup and to show up for myself.
