One Question Saved Me $45,000
2026/04/23
Last week, I was told I owed $45,000 in taxes. And I was ready to pay it. No questions. No pushback. Just, "Okay… let's handle it." But something didn't feel right. So I paused. I asked one more question. I got a second opinion. And what I found? It was wrong. I was taxed on something that isn't even taxable, which inflated the number by tens of thousands of dollars. That moment got me thinking… How often do we move forward just because someone with a title told us to? Even when something in us is quietly saying, this doesn't add up… In this week's episode, I'm sharing: The $45K mistake I almost made Why trusting "experts" without questioning can cost you How to recognize when something is off And a simple framework to protect yourself in business and life Because trusting your gut isn't reckless… it's responsible. You might not save $45,000 today… but this could save you from your next big mistake.
New Space, New Energy, New Results
2026/04/16
Have you ever felt like you're doing everything right… but still not moving forward? Same effort. Same routine. Same space. That's exactly where I was until something changed. We recently moved into a new office, and almost overnight…everything shifted. The energy felt different. The ideas started flowing. The team showed up stronger. It made me realize something powerful: Sometimes it's not you that's stuck… it's your environment. In this week's podcast episode, I'm sharing: Why your space directly impacts your creativity and momentum Simple ways to reset your environment (without a full overhaul) Practical tips every female entrepreneur can use to spark fresh energy If you've been feeling a little off, a little stuck, or a little uninspired, this episode is your reset. Listen now and create your fresh start. Because sometimes, the breakthrough you're waiting for… starts with changing your surroundings.
Why I'd Take 400 Engaged People Over 40,000 Followers
2026/04/09
What if I told you… A private community of just 500 women could outperform an audience of 50,000? No ads. No funnels. No complicated tech. Just connection and a strategy most people are completely overlooking right now. In this episode of Do It My Way, we're pulling back the curtain on something we recently launched… and why the engagement (and opportunity) has been nothing short of insane. We're talking about: Why micro-communities are replacing big audiences How to build one that people actually care about And the exact way to turn it into a revenue machine without feeling salesy If you've been chasing more followers, more reach, more noise… This might be the shift you didn't know you needed.  Listen now and discover why your next level isn't bigger, it's deeper.

The Voice in Your Head Isn't Always Right
2026/03/26
One of the biggest lies women believe is that confident people don't struggle with self-doubt. But I'll let you in on a little secret… They do. Even after starting and selling a business… Even after writing a book… Even after launching a podcast and speaking on stages… That voice still shows up sometimes. You know the one. The voice that whispers: Am I good enough? Do I belong here? What if someone else is more qualified? In this week's Do It My Way podcast episode, I'm talking about that voice in our head and why it isn't always telling us the truth. We'll talk about: • Why confidence is a skill you build (not something you're born with) • The lies fear tells women when they're stepping into bigger opportunities • Five ways to start building real confidence today • The simple question that can change the way you approach every opportunity If you've ever hesitated to start something, speak up, or go after what you want because that little voice told you not to… This episode is for you. Because the most confident women in the world aren't the ones who never hear the doubt. They're the ones who don't let it make their decisions. And the next time that voice tells you you're not ready, try asking yourself one powerful question: Why not me?
The Magic Happens Outside of Your Comfort Zone
2026/03/19
Lately, I've found myself in a season of life where I've had to step outside my comfort zone… a lot. Not just once or twice, but over and over again. Some of it was exciting. Some of it was scary. And some of it felt like standing on the edge of a cliff wondering, "Am I really about to do this?" If you're anything like me, you probably enjoy feeling capable, prepared, and in control. Our comfort zones give us that. They're familiar. Predictable. Safe. But here's the truth I've been reminded of recently: Every meaningful moment of growth in my life has come from doing something that made me a little uncomfortable. • Saying yes before I felt ready • Speaking up when it would have been easier to stay quiet • Taking a chance when I didn't know how things would turn out Those moments stretched me. But they also shaped me. The interesting thing about comfort zones is that they quietly convince us we're safe, when really, they're just keeping us small. Growth, confidence, new opportunities… those things rarely show up where everything feels easy. They show up when we're willing to try. When we're willing to risk. When we're willing to step into the unknown. And here's something important I've learned: You don't have to take a giant leap. Sometimes growth starts with one small brave decision. Maybe it's having a conversation you've been avoiding. Maybe it's trying something new. Maybe it's simply believing you're capable of more than you've allowed yourself to pursue. Whatever it is for you, I hope you'll take the step. Because the life you're meant to live might be waiting just outside the place that currently feels comfortable. And if you want to hear more about this, I talk about it in the latest episode of the Do It My Way Podcast, where I share what stepping outside my comfort zone has looked like recently and the lessons it's taught me. Give it a listen and then ask yourself one simple question: What is one thing I can do this week that pushes me just a little outside my comfort zone? You might be surprised by what happens next.
The Power of the Brain Dump
2026/03/12
If you've ever felt like your brain has 47 tabs open, this episode is for you. In my latest episode, The Power of the Brain Dump, I'm talking about what happens when you stop carrying it all silently. The mental load. The "shoulds." The conversations we replay in our head. For women who are juggling work and family life, the brain dump is a reset tool. In this episode, I share: • Why you lay awake at night with your mind racing. • How to stop reliving conversations from the day in your head. • The simple brain dump practice that changed everything. Because sometimes the breakthrough isn't in having the answer. It's in finally letting the thoughts land somewhere outside your head.

The Referral Engine: How to Turn Clients Into Your Sales Team
2026/02/26
Referrals do not come from average service. They come from memorable service! Over the years our best clients have come from referrals. We don't intentionally ask for referrals, we just try to always go above and beyond for our clients which generates amazing referrals. Most people think referrals come from doing good work. That is only half true. Yes, you have to deliver exceptional results. But if you are not in the right rooms with the right people, you are limiting your referral ceiling. Referrals are built on proximity. On trust. On shared experiences. The rooms you consistently sit in determine the level of opportunity that flows to you. In this week's podcast episode, I'm breaking down: • How serving on nonprofit boards has expanded my referral network • Why entrepreneur organizations create deeper trust than traditional networking • How to choose rooms strategically instead of socially • The simple shift that turns you into the connector everyone refers If you want more high quality referrals without awkward asks or chasing leads, this episode is for you.
Listen to Your Body: The Signs Women Ignore
2026/02/19
Are you really listening to your body? I spent years pushing myself with early mornings, high-impact workouts, and eating what everyone else said I "should." My knee, my energy, my mood, they all tried to tell me something, but I didn't listen. Until I couldn't ignore it anymore. In this episode of Listen to Your Body: The Signs Women Ignore, I share what my knee surgery and food experiments taught me about paying attention to what your body actually needs. From spotting early warning signs to learning the power of slowing down, this conversation is about more than fitness or diets, it's about listening, understanding, and respecting yourself. You will learn: How to tell the difference between soreness and real pain Simple ways to notice what your body needs from food and movement Why slowing down can actually make you stronger Your body isn't the enemy, it's the guide.   P.S. Forward this to a woman who needs permission to slow down and start listening.
Digital Marketing Myths That Are Costing You Time and Money
2026/02/12
If you have ever felt frustrated with digital marketing, this is for you. Every week, I hear business owners say the same things. "I need more followers." "I guess I should be on every platform." "My marketing should be working by now." In this week's podcast episode, I am busting the biggest digital marketing myths that are quietly costing businesses time, money, and momentum. We are talking about why more followers do not equal more sales, why going viral is not the goal, and what actually moves the needle when it comes to growth, engagement, and conversions. If you want clarity instead of confusion and a strategy that works in the real world, this episode will shift how you think about marketing.

You need to change what you repeat. Listen now and start becoming her, one habit at a time.
The Day I Stopped Solving Problems
2026/01/22
Do you have any fun vacations planned this year? I want you to be able to take off work and not worry about problems that may come up when you are gone. Here's the truth: if your team comes to you for every little problem that comes up, you will never grow. In the latest episode of Do It My Way, I break down how to train your team to become solutionists: people who think, take ownership, and solve problems without waiting for a handout. You'll hear: The simple question that turns complaints into action How to require solutions without stifling creativity Real-life examples of teams that leveled up fast If you want a team that runs toward solutions instead of running to you, this episode is for you.
Stop Chasing Everyone. Start Serving Someone.
2026/01/15
What if the fastest way to grow your brand is to stop trying to reach everyone? In the latest episode of the DO IT MY WAY Podcast, we dive into the power of niches and why the most successful brands are built for the few, not the masses. Inspired by the concept of Riches in Niches, we unpack why clarity beats scale and why community beats clicks every time. I share a real coaching story from this week about a founder launching an athletic brand. What started as workout gear turned into something much bigger. A brotherhood for men rebuilding their lives through discipline, fitness, and accountability. The clothes are not the product. They are the symbol of a higher standard. If you are launching a product, building a brand, or dreaming of creating a community that actually means something, this episode will challenge how you think about growth, purpose, and who you are really building for. Because when you niche down with intention, you do not shrink your impact. You sharpen it. Listen now to the latest episode of the DO IT MY WAY Podcast.
