We know we're supposed to forgive. I think we men even persuade ourselves that we're doing "ok" with that. In the abstract, we Christians know we will be accountable for our words and deeds to Jesus at our moment of judgement. Yet all too often it doesn't feel real We say things, to our wives, to our Christian brothers, to our children, that we know we should not say. We make ourself to be a hypocrite. Jesus had strong language about that.  Mental health challenges are real and common. Many of them do require professional help. Many of us, however, make our situation worse through our own actions. Many of us resist the Lord's plan to our own peril.
