4/13/26 | Are we Dressed for Church or for Battle? | Ephesians 6:10-20
2026/04/13
Most Christians know the phrase “put on the armor of God”—but few actually live like they’re in a war. Ephesians 6 reminds us that spiritual battles are not occasional, they’re constant, and standing firm requires intentional, daily action. This armor isn’t something we admire—it’s something we actively put on through prayer, Scripture, and dependence on the Holy Spirit. The enemy is strategic, deceptive, and relentless, but we don’t fight for victory—we fight from it. This message is a wake-up call: if you’re not suiting up, you’re leaving yourself exposed. 3/23/26 | Grafted in by Grace | Romans 10:18 - 11:24
2026/03/23
Romans 11 reminds us that being part of God’s family isn’t something we earned—it’s something we’ve been graciously grafted into. Using the image of a tree, Paul warns believers not to become proud or complacent, but to remain rooted in faith and humility. God is both kind and severe—welcoming those who trust Him while cutting off those who reject Him. Tonight we'll challenge our tendency to take grace for granted and calls us to examine the posture of our hearts. At the end of the day, it’s not about what you’ve been given—it’s about whether you stay connected to the source. 3/16/26 | You can't Follow Jesus with a Backup Plan | Romans 9:30-10:17
2026/03/16
In Romans 9–10, Paul reveals a tragic truth: the people who knew God’s law best still missed the salvation standing right in front of them. They clung to what was familiar instead of trusting what God was doing through Jesus. The gospel invites us into something radically different—a living relationship with God that requires faith, vulnerability, and obedience. But like Israel, we often choose comfort, safety, and the patterns we know instead of stepping into God’s calling. This message challenges us to release the things holding us back and step fully into the life and mission God has for us. 12/8/25 | You Don’t Hate Sin as Much as Sin Hates You | Romans 7:7-25
2025/12/09
Romans 7 exposes something every believer feels: the internal war between what we know is right and what we actually do. Paul teaches that the law isn’t the problem — it’s holy, good, and reveals the sin we were blind to. God uses His standard to convict us, expose us, and lead us into transformation, not condemnation. Though sin deceives and battles within us, freedom is not found in trying harder but in Jesus Christ our Lord. 12/1/25 | Stop Cheating on Grace with Religion | Romans 7:1-6
2025/12/02
December 1, 2025 Romans 7 teaches that following Jesus isn’t about obeying God out of pressure — it’s about loving God out of freedom. Paul uses the picture of a marriage covenant to show that when we died with Christ, we were released from the law and united to Him in new life. Instead of producing a harvest of rebellion, our union with Jesus now produces a harvest of good fruit. This message explores the difference between religion and relationship, and how the Holy Spirit empowers us to live in love, not legalism. Real transformation flows not from trying harder, but from living connected to Christ. 2025/11/18
Series: "The Epistle of Paul to the Romans"  This world is divided by so much right now. We must remember that there is much which unites us as humans. We are all united by our sinful desires, but also in our need for a savior. To become united as God's people, we cannot be slaves to sin, but rather slaves to righteousness through Jesus Christ. 11/10/25 | The Old You Called - Don't Pick Up. | Romans 6:1-14
2025/11/11
Series: "The Epistle of Paul to the Romans"  Romans 6 is a call to live like the resurrection actually changed us. Paul reminds believers that sin’s power is broken — we’re no longer slaves, no longer controlled by what once ruled us. Through Christ’s death and resurrection, we have the freedom to live new lives, not by our own strength but by grace. Sanctification means dying to sin and coming alive to righteousness — a daily choice to yield our bodies, desires, and habits to God. Real faith doesn’t just believe in Jesus’ victory; it lives from it.
