EP317 Can You Lose Your Freedom in Christ? (Galatians 5:1–15)
2026/10/01
📖 About This Episode: Christ has set us free. So why does Paul warn the Galatians that they could be “severed from Christ” and “fallen away from grace”?
In this verse-by-verse teaching through Galatians 5:1–15, we examine Paul’s warning against seeking to be right with God through the law—and what it means to stand firm in the freedom Christ has given us. We’ll also see why Christian freedom leads us to serve one another in love.
Can you lose your freedom in Christ? Let’s read Paul’s words carefully.

EP316 The Strongest Biblical Argument for Israel’s Future
2026/09/24
📖 About This Episode: Does the New Testament leave Israel’s story unfinished?
In this video, we examine the strongest biblical argument for Israel’s future through three important passages connected by one word: until.
What did Jesus mean when he said Jerusalem would not see him again until it welcomed him? What are “the times of the Gentiles”? And who is the “all Israel” that Paul says will be saved in Romans 11?
We’ll examine Matthew 23, Luke 21, Romans 11, and Zechariah 12–14 to determine whether these passages anticipate a future turning or restoration of Israel.

EP315 What the Bible Left Out About Moses’ Early Life in Egypt
2026/09/17
📖 About This Episode: What happened to Moses before he fled Egypt for Midian? Exodus tells us surprisingly little about his years in Pharaoh’s household. But the first-century Jewish historian Josephus tells a much fuller story.
In this video, we examine Josephus’s account of Moses’s childhood in the Egyptian court, his campaign against the Ethiopians, the siege of Saba, and his marriage to Tharbis. We also compare Josephus with earlier accounts preserved by Artapanus and Philo of Alexandria.
Did these writers preserve details the Bible leaves out, or were they expanding Moses’s story in ways that reflected their own times? We’ll distinguish what Exodus says from what these later sources claim—and consider how Christians should read those traditions today.

EP314 Paul’s Most Scandalous Argument Against Torah Observance (Galatians 4:17-31)
2026/09/10
📖 About This Episode: In Galatians 4:17–31, Paul makes one of the most shocking and controversial arguments in all his letters: he associates Mount Sinai and the present Jerusalem with Hagar—the slave woman—and declares that Christians are children of the free woman.
Why does Paul use Sarah and Hagar as an allegory? Is he rejecting the Old Testament? How can he connect Torah observance with slavery—and what does he mean by “the Jerusalem above is free, and she is our mother”?
In this livestream, we examine Paul’s argument in its biblical, historical, and theological context. We’ll explore the conflict between flesh and promise, slavery and freedom, the earthly Jerusalem and the heavenly Jerusalem—and why Paul insists that Gentile believers must not submit to the Torah in order to belong to the family of God.
📖 Passage: Galatians 4:17–31
Join us as we study Galatians verse by verse and seek to understand Paul’s scandalous defense of the freedom believers possess in Christ. That You May Know Him, Episode 414. Galatians, Part 10.

EP313 Bible Q&A: Did Jesus Actually Descend Into Hell? And What Did He Do There?
2026/09/03
📖 About This Episode: Did Jesus actually descend into hell between His death and resurrection—and if so, what did He do there?
In this live Bible Q&A, we’ll examine the New Testament passages behind the phrase “He descended into hell,” clarify the important distinction between hell and Hades, and explore what the earliest Christians believed happened between Good Friday and Easter Sunday.
We’ll also consider the debates surrounding this doctrine during the Reformation and ask whether Jesus descended to continue suffering, proclaim His victory, liberate the righteous dead—or accomplish something else entirely.
Additional questions include:
• Where does Jesus claim to be God in the Bible?
• What did Jesus mean when He said to make friends through “unrighteous wealth” so that they may receive you into “eternal dwellings” (Luke 16:9)?
• How should Christians think about the compassion and public support being shown toward Lindsay Clancy?
• What biblical advice would you give a young man preparing to become a husband?

📖 About This Episode
Did Jesus predict His return within the lifetime of His first disciples? In this episode of Bible Q&A, we take a careful look at Matthew 24:30–34, the meaning of the "coming of the Son of Man," and whether Jesus was describing the judgment of Jerusalem in AD 70, His future return, or something else entirely.
We also answer several other important questions, including:
What does Romans 8:28 actually look like in everyday Christian life?
Was Paul still keeping the Mosaic Law after becoming an apostle?
How should Christians think biblically about Andrew Tate and his influence?
Our goal is to let Scripture speak for itself through careful historical context, sound exegesis, and faithful biblical interpretation.

EP304 This Is Why Paul Said the Galatians Were BEWITCHED! (Galatians 3:1-14)
2026/06/25
In Galatians 3:1–14, Paul asks one of the most shocking questions in the New Testament: “Who has bewitched you?” In this Bible study, we’ll examine why Paul warned the Galatians about returning to works of the Law, what it means to be true sons of Abraham, and how Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law. We’ll also explore justification by faith, the promise of the Spirit, and how the blessing of Abraham comes to the Gentiles through Jesus Christ. Galatians, Part 7. That You May Know Him, Episode 304.

EP303 Jesus Quoted a Different Old Testament Than Most Christians Realize
2026/06/18
What if the version of the Old Testament most commonly quoted by the New Testament writers is one that most Christians have never read? In this study, we explore the Septuagint (LXX)—the ancient Greek translation of the Hebrew Scriptures that was widely used throughout the world of Jesus, the Apostles, and the early Church.
You'll discover how the Septuagint came to be, why it became so influential, and several places where Jesus appears to quote directly from it. We'll also discuss common objections, the relationship between the Septuagint and the Hebrew Bible, the Apocrypha, and practical ways you can begin reading the LXX for yourself.
Whether you're interested in biblical history, textual studies, Bible translations, or the world of the New Testament, this video will help you better understand the Scriptures that shaped the language and thought of the Apostolic era.
