Meditation for DNA Restoration & Mutation for Evolution
2026/01/20
For years I meditated on returning my body to its original blueprint. Then I realized — that blueprint was corrupted by inherited trauma. So I updated the meditation:Instead of healing back to baseline, I'm mutating my DNA toward the truest resonance of love my body can be, hold, and become. It's already cooperating.I'm reversing astigmatism. Healing autoimmune patterns. Becoming mushroom, seaweed, and beet. (Literally eating things I swore I hated.)But beyond healing — which frankly, I find dull and tedious at this point — I'm interested in mutation. What could I become if I were beyond needing to repair?I recorded a meditation for anyone ready to shift from maintenance mode to evolution mode.Your cells are listening. Your DNA is responsive. The mutation is already underway.Trust the becoming.✨ Explore more:@arielgracefull🪐 CreativelyFree.Substack.com🎬 @CreativelyFreeStudios
Community as a Living Art Form — A Solo Episode with Ariel
2025/10/19
This week’s Tea Talk is a little different — it’s just you and me, heart to heart. No guest, no script — just some honest reflections on community, creativity, and the ever-evolving dance between the two.
I’ve been thinking about how community has changed for me — not as a social construct, but as a creative act. As something we build with our voices, our stories, and our willingness to be seen. I want to hear from you — the creators, the visionaries, the quiet dreamers — and connect more deeply.
I’m also sharing a glimpse into my latest creative act: a cozy sci-fi story born from the intersection of imagination and belonging — where art and soul activism meet stardust and hearthlight.
This episode is an offering — a reminder that soul activism isn’t just protest; it’s creation. Every time we choose to live and make from love, we shift the collective frequency a little higher.

Soul Activism and the Art of Freeing Your Creative Truth with Akashka
2025/07/26
I’m beyond grateful to share today’s episode with my guest Akashka, so grab your tea and get ready for a sip of soul activism.
We’re diving into what it truly means to reclaim the sacred — not as a trend, not something you can Google, but as a deeply personal, private act of truth.
Akashka is a longtime health therapist who has spent recent years in deep reverence with nature, honoring the seer and channel she is — one who is in love with the soul of the Earth, Gaya. Her upcoming book is a devotion to the sacred: a breath of true love and life’s deepest invitation. It’s written for those who’ve never felt at home in systems that suppress their natural beauty.
This Tea Talk is a co-creative portal — a love poem that doesn’t aim to rewrite the stars, but to awaken the star codes we already carry in our DNA. Codes of love that don’t need to be named, categorized, or explained. Just felt.
This is about reclaiming our being as Art — and how beauty, when rooted in discernment and our connection to nature, becomes its own quiet revolution.
For those who feel too much, see too deeply, and still choose to create — this one’s for you.

Beautiful Rage and Full Spectrum Feeling As Activism
2025/07/02
Emotions aren’t meant to be shut away — they’re keys to healing ourselves and, ripple by ripple, softening violence in the world.
This month in this solo episode, we’re exploring how to turn big, wild feelings into artful activism and deepen our relationship with ourselves.
I dive into:🌸 How to gently observe your emotions without judgment, like watching clouds drift by🌸 Relating to your feelings through a Jungian lens — seeing them as wise messengers from your inner depths🌸 The invitation to become endlessly curious about your feelings and learn to embrace them, even the messy ones🌸 The metaphor of fire — how emotions can burn, illuminate, transform, and ultimately warm us when tended with care
And so much more soul-nourishing magic.

Inner Child Guided Meditation | Binaural Beats Gentle Soul Recollection
2025/05/03
✨ What if the missing link to your soul’s truth… was the part of you that still believes in magic, talks to trees, and dances for no reason at all?
Yep — your inner child knows the way home. She (he or they) remembers who you are beneath the noise. And this meditation? It’s a love note to that remembering.
With healing binaural beats woven through 🎧, it gently guides your nervous system into rest… so the old stories, the hidden aches, the quiet wounds can rise —and release through softness, through witnessing, through care.Because true healing happens when we meet ourselves with tenderness.

Overcoming Overwhelm & Creating Systems
2024/12/15
This month’s magic from Creatively Free is all about overcoming overwhelm and creating systems as an artist.
My guest is Stephanie Porcello. Stephanie is a multi-passionate artist, author, speaker, and mental health advocate. Before finding her creative voice, Stephanie was an audiologist. While recovering from a concussion, she discovered painting released the emotions trapped inside her that she couldn’t describe with words.
Stephanie’s abstract paintings are beautiful disasters, teetering between areas of messy chaos and calming deep breaths. She paints visual songs that offer a moment of rest to remind you that you are not alone when you are struggling. They are designed to inspire people to keep reaching for beauty and hope, even when all feels lost.
She continues to share her compassionate spirit through her public speaking and classes. She empowers others to re-think negative perspectives and nurture their favorite selves.
