I've come to think of an interview as being a conversation between people to see if they want to embark on a journey together. To that end, the way you invite people into the conversation is crucial. These three questions will set the table for an engaging, honest and connecting conversation.

Setting and executing on the goals that matter most requires commitment, accountability and structure. One of those rituals is the positive check-in. A dedicated time to come together to review progress, make new commitments and learn from your successes. Here are 4 simple steps to make your positive check-ins something special.
