EP73 073121 Discovering Your Passion With NLP πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“
2021/07/31
. Quote: β€œForget about the fast lane. If you really want to fly, harness your power to your passion. Honor your calling. Everybody has one. Trust your heart, and success will come to you.”  . – Oprah Gail Winfrey is an American talk show host, television producer, actress, author, and philanthropist. . πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ Who Are You? Pondering Your Personal Identity . Have you ever spent any time thinking about who you really are? Maybe you’ve wondered how other people perceive you. Who you are - your identity - is a powerful force in your life and speaks volumes to others who come into contact with you.Β  . Your identity plays an important role in the decisions you make and the relationships you have. . Thinking about who you are will strengthen the connections, among your mind, body, and behaviors. Also, you can get a better handle of where you are in life as well as where you’re headed. . πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ Although there are plenty of psychological theories about identity, including its formation and how you maintain it, consider the following as basic elements of your identity: . 1. Your personal family history. Where you were raised, who you grew up with, and the experiences you had as you matured from an infant all the way through your early adult years are powerful factors affecting the development of your personal identity.Β  . β€’ Consider sayings like, β€œYou can take the girl out of the country, but you can’t take the country out of the girl” and their implications. So where you’ve come from plays a major role in who you are.Β  . Click podcast below to catch the rest πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡
EP72 072421 Turn Your Mistakes Into Opportunities With NLP πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“
2021/07/24
. Quote: "Once you put everything in the right perspective, even bad times can be an opportunity to refresh your appetite, your desire."Β  - Alex Zanardi is the ever-green race-driver-turned-Paralympian, continues his recovery and is finally able to speak to his family once again. . πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ Turn Your Mistakes Into Opportunities . According to a growing body of clinical research, mistakes enrich learning if you adopt a positive mindset about your mistakes. Best of all, there are practical steps you can take to turn your errors into opportunities. . Guiding Principles for Learning From Mistakes . 1. Recognize that you can improve. People who understand that intelligence and skills are malleable rather than fixed are more likely to persevere. Your performance improves with practice and effort. . 2. Accept your imperfections. Anxiety can interfere with your ability to do your best. Assure yourself that it's okay to make some mistakes. For example, maybe you excel at managing logistics but need to go slower when you attempt financial analysis. . πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ I'm giving a FREE 5 Day series on Self-Esteem, Self-Confidence for the month of July to 10 people. . 1:1 Sessions to help you experience NLPΒ  . EP71 071621 Being Resilient is a Sexy Way of Being πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“
2021/07/17
Quote: β€œYour mind and attitudes create either barriers or bridges to good outcomes.”  - Lawrence Albert "Al" Siebert, was an American author and educator. He was best known for his research on psychological resilience and the inner nature of highly resilient survivors. . πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ Are You Resilient? . Life is full of ups and downs. When challenging experiences inevitably arise, you’ll want to be ready to rise to the occasion. Your ability to bounce back after a transition or hardship determines whether most of your life is enjoyable and meaningful or troublesome and frustrating.Β  . This idea can be summed up in one word: resilience. The more resilient you are, the quicker you’re able to re-adjust to a situation and move forward in life. . Consider these ideas you think about your own resilience: . πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ 1. First responses. When something initially begins to trouble you, how do you respond? Maybe you bury your head in the sand and hope it goes away. Perhaps you just ignore the situation and pretend it isn’t happening.Β  . β€’ If you’re resilient, you’ll choose to approach the situation head-on, and promptly. You’ll define the issue, consider your options, and make a plan. You’ll set out right away to resolve the situation before it becomes a full-blown issue. . β€’ Promptly employing problem-solving skills will help you avoid a major meltdown. . EP70 071021 Discovering Inner Strength Through NLP πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“
2021/07/10
Quote: β€œWhen we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”  – Viktor Frankl was an Austrian neurologist, psychiatrist, philosopher, author, and Holocaust survivor. . πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ Even though life can be a fantastic ride, sometimes it can also knock the wind out of your sails. When tough times trigger your insecurities, you can discover an inner strength that will get you through practically anything. . Try these ideas to get started: . 1. Reflect on the tough times you've had before. Ask yourself how you got through it. What did you do? What did you think? What did you tell yourself? Your resilience will become evident as you do this exercise and give you real hope for the future in dealing with other obstacles. . β€’ Recognize that you've made it through those difficult situations. Then think about what you're experiencing right now. Is the current situation similar to or much different from your other tough times? Use what you've learned from your past challenges. . 2. Learn to talk to yourself in positive, encouraging ways. This will help you build up your inner strength.Β  . πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ . β€’ As if speaking to your own best friend, tell yourself what will most help and encourage you. What do you most want to hear? What do you need to hear to help gather your strength? Is there something specific you're hoping will happen?Β  . β€’ Practice providing yourself with encouraging, uplifting messages. The messages you give yourself can be less than helpful or they can propel you through the roughest of circumstances.Β  . β€’ Talking to yourself with respect, care and positivity builds your inner strength so it's there when you need it. When the going gets tough, you'll have yourself to fall back on. .
EP69 070321 People Can Build a Healthy Self-Image Post COVID-19 πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“
2021/07/03
Quote: The easiest time to cure an illness is before it is accepted as a part of the self-image. - Dorothy Jane Roberts was an American author, poet, self-proclaimed psychic, and spirit medium, who claimed to channel an energy personality who called himself "Seth."Β  . πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ Reaching your full potential is dependent on the creation and maintenance of a healthy self-image. It’s not possible to be highly successful if you don’t believe in yourself. The way you view yourself is either uplifting or a hindrance. Regardless of your childhood experiences, past failings, or current level of self-esteem, you can possess a healthy self-image. . Avoid underestimating the impact of your self-image on other areas of your life. To reach your full potential, you must respect yourself and believe you can do great things. . Add value to yourself, and your self-image will flourish: . 1. Overcome any limiting beliefs. Think about something you’d like to accomplish, but are unable to do because of a limiting belief. Make a list of how that belief is negatively impacting your life. Now, focus on how much your life would be enhanced if you were able to remove this belief from your life. . β€’ Create five affirmations you can repeat to yourself throughout the day. The affirmations should be stated in the positive and address the new belief you’d like to install. . Click podcast below to catch the rest πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡
EP68 062621 Overcome the Fear of Failure with NLP πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“
2021/06/26
Quote: β€œConfidence is what we get when we take fear, face it and replace it.”  - Tim Fargo is an American author, keynote speaker, angel investor and entrepreneur. . πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ How to Overcome the Fear of Failure . Failure has touched the lives of everyone at some point. Because of this fact, you know how horrible it can make you feel. No wonder you strive to avoid it at all costs! Β But the problem is that this fear of failure can become one of your biggest life fears. . Fear of failure is a fear of the great unknown. You don't know what's truly out there, and so you're scared. You might even be tempted to give up entirely in order to avoid failure. You'll soon realize that not trying at all is the ultimate failure because there is no way to win without trying. . How can you overcome this fear and gain the confidence you need to seek the life you desire? . 1. Imagine the worst case scenario. Of course, you should spend time imagining everything turning out well, but it actually helps to imagine the worst case as well. This is because, while horrible, imagining the worst case gives your fears a face. Your fears are then no longer the unknown and they may not be quite as scary. β€’ When you figure out the worst thing that can happen, you just might realize that the most a failure can do is to delay your ultimate goal. But if you can figure out how to get past this possible delay, you're back on track! . Click podcast below to catch the rest πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡
EP67 061921 What Teacher's Can Expect From A Life Coaching Session πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“
2021/06/19
Quote: "Let me fall if I must fall. The one I become will catch me." Β - Rabbi Israel ben Eliezer known as Baal Shem Tov, was an 18th century Jewish philosopher . πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ People have been reading a lot about the post pandemic life one will experience after vaxing and being stressed out for almost 2 years no. Many articles are also being written about money how habits and attitudes have changed over the zombie pandemic as well. As recently as this past week, June 2021, Charles Schwab put out the Modern Wealth Survey to ask Americans how much money they need to feel happy. . What doesn't surprise me is how the concept of wealth to keep you poor continues to invade your B.S.(Belief System). ALL global citizens, feel they need $1.1M to feel happiness. Well guess what? This will require a person to continue to stress out and stay in debt trying to achieve a wealth level with a B.S. which requires you to work work work until you die and still not realize your magnificence. . πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ This MENTAL STRESS habit is formed out of seeking pleasure and avoiding pain. This aspect of the mind cannot be changed. However, we can change how people perceive pleasure as internal values and pain as a loss of those values. That’s when emotional habits truly begin to change, allowing us to form well-rounded outcomes in the process. . The way people will accumulate wealth is by adopting a new B.S. of personal wealth and monetizing their educational experience online. The way people will accumulate wealth is by adopting a new B.S. of personal wealth and monetizing their educational experience online. . . No matter what outcomes you've set for your life, you'll struggle to reach them if your brain is working against you. The way you think affects how you feel and how you behave. And it only takes one bad mental habit to hold you back. The progressive steps are knowing what to expect from Life Coaching sessionsΒ  . Click podcast below to catch the rest πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡
EP66 061621 People's Self-Esteem vs. Self-Worth πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“
2021/06/16
Quote: β€œLow self-esteem is like driving through life with your hand-break on.”  - Maxwell Maltz was an American cosmetic surgeon and author of Psycho-Cybernetics, which was a system of ideas that he claimed could improve one's self-image leading to a more successful and fulfilling life. . πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ I want to share with you how people get wrapped up in low self-esteem and low confidence. I also want to point out how there is a simple way to address this by looking at your self-worth. So I'd like to show you the differences between the two and how each one affects the other.Β  . So people's self-esteem is about their actions on a daily basis. How one acts in the outside world and what we decide to do with our lives. People have a tendency to compare themselves to others and when this starts to happen one begins to degrade themselves.Β  . By comparing ourselves to others we look down and start to feel we are not as good as those we compare with. The laundry list is long, and one starts to think we are not as good as the others, have the same kind of lifestyle, the relationships, car, bank accounts, house. This is the type of pressure one puts on themselves on a daily basis.Β  . Eventually we start to believe how others perceive us and definitely how we perceive ourselves. If you take a hard look at this behavior, it's about everything that is OUTSIDE of oneself, NOT, what is INSIDE of oneself. . So what is INSIDE of you?Β  . EP65 061121 Teacher Mental Maintenance - Removing Limiting Beliefs πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“
2021/06/12
Quote: β€œIf you accept a limiting belief, then it will become a truth for you.”  ― Louise Hay was an American motivational author and the founder of Hay House. She authored several New Thought self-help books, including the 1984 book You Can Heal Your Life. πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ When I read how defeated teachers are due to every A thru Z reason on the planet, I start to wonder what is the best way for me to provide them with a solution to trigger that BELIEF that they actually have self worth. No matter how much you wish to achieve something, or how hard you try to battle the educational systems gauntlet, you're not gonna win. If you do not really believe it then take a hard look at the historical facts of the 99 percentile of global teacher who struggle with mental health issues.Β  You are limiting your own chances of success due to your B.S.(Belief System). A teachers B.S. is subconscious and no matter how much you voice your distaste for what is an unfair profession, the very LIMITED BELIEF you have is killing your educator dreams. πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ Limiting belief is - a belief which limits your ability to achieve your objective. Now, you may think that nurturing the revolving long list of issues and complaints will get you the solution you WISH FOR, accept this reality, it will NOT! Replacing the limiting belief with a belief that supports you in your pursuit of your goals is a solution that is giving teachers a way out of this mental break down and desire to quit what you once loved to do with a passion. EP64 060521 Life Coaching For Teachers Saved My Life πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“
2021/06/05
Quote: β€œIf you want to be successful, find someone who has achieved the results you want and copy what they do and you’ll achieve the same results.” Β  – Tony Robbins πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ I was looking for some kind of change last year at the beginning of the zombie pandemic and my thoughts were as traditional as apple pie. Completely in a comfort zone and unwilling to explore areas of discomfort so I could grow and explore opportunities for myself online. Whether it is moving from your current circumstance to a slightly better place, or to totally transform your life to a new level, complacency is a killer of forward progress.Β  I found that I have plenty of educational and life experience to offer and create a new path in life that makes me feel fulfilled. With so many public opinions about how to make money online, few focused on a true solution to help me get started. In fact they mostly talk about the instant gratification of making money in 30 days. I did fall for that shit a couple of times a few years back. πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ What I needed most was to optimize my mindset and adapt habits to help me have the outcomes I desired as an online educator. Β I did buy an amazing 30 day challenge with ClickFunnels and learned how to market myself. That is definitely one thing I strongly recommend all educators do. I paid $100 for this 30 day challenge and found myself inundated with new ways to monetize my educational experience.Β  I struggled and adapted the NO QUIT mentality to make it happen. Yet, I was not monetizing online and feeling frustrated. Believe me when I tell you that we are our own worst enemies and the self talk we give ourselves is defeating at a deep level. Just the same I DID NOT QUIT on myself. I kept learning and realized that for me personally, my way of thinking was keeping me from achieving my goals. I came a cross a bool called The New Psychology of Success and their I found the starting point of my limitations to succeed. Β  Click podcast below to catch the rest πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡
EP63 060121 Teachers Must Invest in Personal Development πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“
2021/06/01
Quote: To exist is to change, to change is to mature, to mature is to go on creating oneself endlessly. - Henri-Louis Bergson was a French philosopher who was influential in the tradition of continental philosophy πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ Before zombie pandemic 1.0, most everyone on the planet went on their merry ways and complacency was shrouded with daily life routines and activities. Then it happened, the zombie panic and the lockdowns and the downgrading of one's lives started to rear it's ugly head. People started to realize their bad attitudes and low energies, anxieties, fear of everything etc. Peoples B.S. (Belief System) became the #1 movie of the year and the sequel is still playing to an international audience. Facebook communities are inundated with those nurturing the same problems and very little is being talked about solutions.Β  So why all the sudden panic to this reality? I spent the first 6 months of 2020 looking for solutions to my impending doom just so I can pivot with the NEW WORLD ORDER. Just so I can learn to shift my B.S.(Belief System) towards, SUCCESS. Many people globally hunkered down and shifted as well by become entrepreneurs and monetizing their life experiences. Yet, the majority continue to hold out and blame it on the world and their mothers for the mental stress which this zombie pandemic is causing them. πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ I invested in myself like mucho other personas gratas and have learned to survive this pandemic. I have invested in my personal development and my B.S.(Belief System) with a desire to LIVE and be abundant. I have invested in myself to contribute to the lives of others and creating a bridge they can safely cross onto this new era.Β  I invested in my personal development and you best believe that is the best investment you will make in your entire life. EP62 053021 Teachers Can Overcome Fear and Resistance πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“
2021/05/30
Quote: "Too many of us are not living our dreams because we are living our fears."Β  - Les Brown is an American motivational speaker. He was a member of the Ohio House of Representatives from 1977 to 1981. πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ The Human Mind eBook continues to fascinate me with knowledge I can and will use to empower myself as I build a Life Coaching business on Facebook. There are more upsides to ones life than we can ever imagine. Just because we're fallible doesn't mean we have to cower down and accept a kick in the butt. When life kicks us in the butt, kick back, fight back, NEVER give up. The mistakes we make as people is OK. Of course as long as we're not trying to hurt anyone along the way. As a matter of fact, take those errors in life as a grand opportunity to learn and push forward. πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ Often the best way to overcome anything that you resist or are afraid of is to expose yourself to it in a way that gently gets you used to it. You can accomplish this gradual desensitization effect both mentally and in real life. The Imagery Exposure Strategy is one such technique: The mind does not know the difference between reality and what is happening in the mind. Whether a situation is happening or you’re imagining or remembering it, the brain reacts the same by producing the neurochemicals that make you feel an emotional response. This means that if you are afraid of something, whether it’s public speaking, bringing up a difficult conversation, or riding in an airplane, you can use visualization to practice exposure mentally.Β  Click podcast below to catch the rest πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡
