Communion can feel like one of the most familiar Christian practices and also one of the most misunderstood. We start with a simple question that gets uncomfortable fast: when Jesus talks about eating His flesh and drinking His blood, are we supposed to hear that literally, or spiritually? The greatest threat to your soul isn’t the sin you see in others, but the grudge you refuse to release. True freedom isn’t about getting more options for oneself, but becoming free from the bondage of sin to walk in righteousness.
