I explain what is in the deal, why there are two propositions (12 and 16 year terms), why it had to go to court to get this deal, and why I decided to settle the court case and agree to this compromise. I talk about how both came to be run in the same room in the North Syracuse Community Center on the same day and how we were never supposed to be doing either this year. I also give a turnout update on #earlyvoting. Enjoy.
