351| The Gut Instinct Myth: Why the Thing You Trust Most Might Be the Thing Most Worth Examining- Leadership Myth #3
2026/04/20
Strong leaders trust their gut. That is what you have been told your whole career. And it is not wrong. But at the level you are operating at right now — with more people pulling on you, more stakes visible, more eyes on every outcome — the calls that used to feel clean have started feeling heavier. Not because your instincts are failing you. Because the signal has static in it. And most leaders do not know it is there. In week three of the Leadership Myths series, Tami goes after one of the most sacred beliefs in leadership — and names the one distinction that changes how every decision lands after this. KEY TAKEAWAYS Gut instinct is real — and it is worth examining with the same rigor you apply to everything else Not everyone means the same thing when they say "I trust my gut" — and that difference matters more than most leaders realize The body flags decisions emotionally before the conscious mind finishes processing — your gut is not making things up, it is running a fast pattern recognition system that cannot always tell the difference between this situation and a previous one Running on autopilot looks like confidence from the outside and costs more than expected from the inside You do not need to trust yourself less — you need to trust yourself more precisely ABOUT THIS SERIES The Leadership Myths series runs six weeks. Every episode takes one belief you have been handed about leadership and shows you why it is worth questioning — not because the advice was wrong, but because it was handed to you in the wrong order for the level you are operating at now. Missed weeks one or two? Go back and listen. The series builds. CONCEPTS INTRODUCED This episode names three completely different ways leaders experience gut instinct — and why all three need the other two in the room before a decision lands. Tami connects the neuroscience of fast pattern recognition to the specific moment the signal starts carrying static — and names what becomes possible when the signal gets clean again. SIT WITH THIS When you say "I trust my gut" — is it your gut talking? Or is it your logic moving fast? Or your read on the relational temperature of the room? And whichever it is — when did you last check with the other two? LINKS MENTIONED The Invisible Weight: Why the Leaders Who Earned It are the Ones It Hits Hardest. 350| The Clarity Myth: Why What You're Actually Missing Isn't More Clarity: Leadership Myth #2
2026/04/13
You know exactly what the right call is. You have known for three days. And you still have not made it. That is not a clarity problem. Most senior leaders have plenty of clarity. What they are missing is something the leadership industry almost never talks about — and it is costing their teams more than they realize. In week two of the Leadership Myths series, Tami goes after one of the most widely sold beliefs in leadership development. The idea that what you need most right now is more clarity. More frameworks for it. More retreats about it. More journaling toward it. And yet here you are — still revisiting Monday's decision on Thursday. KEY TAKEAWAYS Clarity tells you what to do — decision stability is what makes it hold You can have complete clarity and zero stability at the same time Every time a decision wavers the team recalibrates — and they start waiting too McKinsey research found only 20% of organizations excel at decision-making — and those generate up to 6% higher returns to stakeholders Decision stability is not fearlessness — it is leading through the doubt anyway ABOUT THIS SERIES The Leadership Myths series runs six weeks. Every episode takes one belief you have been handed about leadership and shows you why it is worth questioning — not because the advice was wrong, but because it was handed to you in the wrong order for the level you are operating at now. Missed week one? Go back and listen to the Collaboration Myth first. The two episodes build on each other. CONCEPTS INTRODUCED This episode draws the line between two things that feel like the same problem but are built completely differently — clarity and decision stability. Tami names what clarity can and cannot do, what decision stability looks like when a leader has it, and what it costs the team every time a decision gets quietly revisited after it was already made. SIT WITH THIS Where is a decision sitting on your desk right now that you already know the answer to — and what is it costing your team that it has not been made yet? The Collaboration Myth: Why Your Best Meetings Aren't Moving Anything- #1 Leadership Myth Series
2026/04/06
There is a meeting happening in almost every organization right now. Everyone is in the room. Everyone contributes. Everyone feels heard. And three weeks later nothing has moved. If that sounds familiar, you are not dealing with a communication problem. You are not dealing with a performance issue. And it is not a team problem. In this episode, Tami kicks off the Leadership Myths series — six weeks, six beliefs the leadership world holds that are worth questioning. Starting with the one that might be the most expensive habit in your organization right now. Collaboration and execution are not the same thing. And treating them like they are is costing your team more than you know. KEY TAKEAWAYS Collaboration and execution are not the same thing — and treating them like they are has a cost There is a specific moment where collaboration stops serving your team and starts replacing accountability The distinction that changes how every meeting after this one runs Why the result always defaults back to you — and what shifts when it stops ABOUT THIS SERIES The Leadership Myths series runs six weeks. Every episode takes one belief you have been handed about leadership and shows you why it is worth questioning — not because the advice was wrong, but because it was handed to you in the wrong order for the level you are operating at now. Subscribe so you do not miss what is coming. At least one of these is going to make you rethink a conversation you had last week. CONCEPTS INTRODUCED This episode draws a clear line between two things that most leadership culture has been treating as the same thing — inviting input and holding accountability. Tami names what collaboration is actually built for, what it cannot do, and what shifts when a leader owns the distinction between gathering perspective and making the call. SIT WITH THIS Where in your leadership right now is collaboration producing great conversations and stalled execution? And who is holding the result when the meeting ends? 348| It's Lonely at the Top. That's Not a Problem. That's the Process.
2026/03/30
There's a grief that comes with leadership nobody warns you about. Not the kind that comes from loss — the kind that comes from success. The relationships that quietly shifted. The version of yourself you left somewhere between the last promotion and this one. The life that looks different than you pictured — not worse, just different — and the weight of not knowing if you're even allowed to grieve something you chose. You wanted this. You earned this. So you don't call it grief. But it is. In this episode, Tami names what senior leaders carry quietly — and why examining it, instead of performing past it, is what separates good leaders from the ones whose authority compounds. WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH This episode isn't a lesson. It's a recognition. If something lands, it's because you've been living it — and you finally have language for it. Tami walks through six things grief does that no leadership training will ever teach you. Not as a framework. As a conversation between someone who has lived it and someone who is living it right now. By the end you'll have one question to sit with this week. It's not comfortable. But it's the kind of question that changes what you do on Monday morning. CONCEPTS INTRODUCED This episode introduces the idea that leadership has a grief component that most senior leaders are performing past rather than examining. Tami names the invisible cost of that performance and connects it directly to the diagnostic work she does with executives — not grief work, but the same territory. The same invisible layer. The same question underneath everything a leader carries. SIT WITH THIS What have you given up to get where you are that you've never allowed yourself to grieve? Not to dwell in it. Not to go backwards. To name it. Because you cannot examine what you haven't named. And you cannot upgrade a system you cannot see.   LINKS MENTIONED The Invisible Weight: Why Leadership Feels Harder Than It Should Private six-episode audio series — built for leaders at your level. http://app.helloaudio.fm/feed/c6ff1d1a-3115-4cc3-a54c-1af179e469e4/signup Aligned Leadership Audit — Complimentary diagnostic call. http://tamimariecoaching.com/call  SOMETHING I DON'T WANT YOU TO MISS Grief is something that we all experience. 347| You Already Have the Authority. Use It.
2026/03/23
You've spent years earning your seat at this table. The expertise is there. The track record is there. And somewhere along the way, you started waiting for the room to confirm what you already know before you move. This episode is about the moment that stops — not because something changed, but because you finally stop shrinking from what was already true. What You'll Hear A story from Tami's time as a flight commander in the Air Force — and the moment she had to say no to a general. Not because she outranked him. Because the mission required her to fully own her role. That dynamic is playing out in your leadership right now Leadership Pattern to Notice The moments this week where you already know the answer — and you hesitate anyway. Not because you're wrong. Notice what you're waiting for. Leadership Noticing There's a version of leadership where you walk into the room already decided. Where your team stops routing everything back to you — not because you managed them differently, but because you stopped leaving room for doubt. That version isn't ahead of you. It's what happens when how you operate finally matches who you already are. Concepts Introduced The difference between rank and authority. Your Leadership Operating System and what it means when it's running below your actual level. What alignment looks like when a leader stops performing the role and becomes it. Something I Don't Want You to Miss "The rank in the room was his. The authority in that moment was mine. I had to own that — or the mission would have paid for it." Connect + Go Deeper If this episode named something you've been carrying, the next step is The Invisible Weight — a private six-episode audio series built for leaders at your level. Not a course. A conversation. Leaders who've gone through it don't describe it as something they listened to. They describe it as something they felt. The Invisible Weight  Enjoyed the Episode? 346| When Caring Too Much Starts to Get in the Way of Your Leadership
2026/03/16
Most people don’t become leaders because they crave authority. They become leaders because they care. They care about people. They care about doing things well. They care about building environments where others succeed. But there’s a pattern I see over and over again with high-performing leaders. The very thing that made them a strong leader in the beginning… can slowly start to get in the way of their leadership. What You’ll Hear A leadership tension that shows up when people genuinely care about their teams. Why some leaders quietly begin carrying more responsibility than they should. And the pattern that starts to form when care becomes the driver behind every decision. Leadership Pattern to Notice Leaders who care deeply about people often step in more than they intend to. They absorb responsibility. They soften direction. They carry the emotional weight of the team. Not because they’re weak. Because they care. Leadership Noticing The qualities that make someone a trusted leader can also quietly reshape how they lead. Sometimes the weight leaders feel isn’t coming from the role itself. It’s coming from how much responsibility they’ve slowly started carrying for everyone else. Concepts Introduced This episode explores the quiet relationship between care and leadership responsibility. Many high-performing leaders step into leadership because they genuinely care about people and the environments they create. Over time, that same care can begin shaping decisions, direction, and the weight leaders carry in ways they don’t always notice. Something I Don’t Want You to Miss The leaders who care the most often carry the most weight. Enjoyed the Episode? 345| “You Just Need Clarity.” (The Leadership Advice That Isn’t Helping)
2026/03/09
“You just need clarity.” Leaders hear this everywhere. In meetings. In coaching advice. In LinkedIn posts. In leadership books. It sounds wise. It sounds helpful. But no one ever explains what clarity actually means. So leaders keep searching for the right answer, the right plan, the right strategy… while the real issue sits quietly underneath the surface. In this conversation, we look at why so many leadership problems that appear to be communication issues or execution problems are actually something else entirely. What You’ll Hear Why “clarity” has become the most repeated and least defined piece of leadership advice. The difference between leaders whose teams move forward confidently and leaders whose teams keep coming back for reassurance. What’s often driving leadership decisions beneath the surface. And why leadership begins to feel lighter when the internal compass finally becomes visible. Leadership Pattern to Notice Some leaders make a decision once and their teams move forward for months. Others revisit the same decision again and again. Their teams check alignment. They ask for confirmation. They bring decisions back to the leader’s desk. It looks like hesitation. But often it’s a signal that direction hasn’t fully stabilized yet. Leadership Noticing Clarity isn’t about knowing the right answer before you start. More often, clarity comes from understanding what is driving your decisions in the first place. When leaders see what they’re protecting, their direction steadies. And when direction steadies, teams stop circling and start moving. Concepts Introduced This episode introduces clarity as a leadership compass rather than a full map. Many leaders believe they must see the entire path before committing to direction, but leadership rarely works that way. What stabilizes leadership is not perfect foresight but a clear internal reference point. Once that reference point becomes visible, decisions stop shifting and teams gain the confidence to move forward. Something I Don’t Want You to Miss Leadership gets lighter when the reason behind your decisions becomes visible. You don’t need every answer. But you do need a compass.   Enjoyed the Episode? 344| Why I Do This Work — And Why It Matters Now More Than Ever
2026/03/02
You didn't get to this level by accident. But something has shifted — and you feel it, even if you can't name it yet. Leadership feels heavier than it used to. And this episode isn't a framework or a fix. It's the story behind why I do this work — and why it matters more right now than it ever has.   WHAT YOU'LL HEAR The personal experience that built Tami's conviction about identity-level leadership Why performing the role and leading from the role are two entirely different things A real client story — and the shift that changed everything Why external stability isn't coming — and what that means for how you lead right now   LEADERSHIP PATTERN TO NOTICE When a leader gets promoted, competence transfers. Identity rarely does. The result: a capable executive leading from a version of themselves built for the last level — doing what the role should look like instead of deciding from who they actually are. From the outside? Looks fine. From the inside? Feels like weight no one else can see.   LEADERSHIP NOTICING Notice when you're asking: "What should a leader at my level do here?" — instead of — "What do I actually see, and what needs to happen?" That's not a small distinction. That's the difference between performing leadership and operating from it.   CONCEPTS INTRODUCED This episode introduces the Leadership Operating System, Decision Drag, and the Leadership Atmosphere — the current environment that has made outdated internal systems visible in ways they never were before. SOMETHING I DON'T WANT YOU TO MISS "When everything external is unstable, you cannot depend on external stability to feel steady. You have to go to the source." That's not inspiration. That's the entire foundation of leading with Decision Confidence — and it's what this work is built on. If this is resonating — I'm going live on LinkedIn to talk about decision drag. And something deeper is coming soon. Stay close. tamimariecoaching.com/call Enjoyed the Episode? 343| The Real Reason Your Decisions Don’t Hold
2026/02/23
You made the right call. So why are you still rehearsing it three days later? If you’re replaying sound decisions, pressure-testing them after the meeting ends, or quietly reopening threads you already closed, this episode is for you. This isn’t hesitation before the decision. It’s something deeper — and it’s costing you more energy than you realize. What You’ll Hear Why decisiveness isn’t your real issue The difference between deciding and releasing How outdated protection creates decision drag Why your operating system may still be running on “prove yourself” mode Leadership Pattern to Notice When a decision doesn’t settle, it keeps running in the background. You’re not panicking. You’re not spiraling. You’re carrying it. That’s not lack of skill. It’s an operating system still scanning for threats in a season where you no longer need to prove yourself. Leadership Noticing This week, notice: Where you replay decisions after they’re made Where you gather reassurance you don’t actually need Where you reopen something that was already settled No fixing. Just noticing whether the decision truly landed. Concepts Introduced Decision drag, leadership operating systems, outdated protection patterns, internal reputation management, and the difference between decisiveness and release are explored throughout this episode. What’s Coming Next This conversation continues as we go deeper into decision drag — how to diagnose it, what your operating system may be protecting, and how leaders recalibrate without losing strength or authority. Something I Don’t Want You to Miss The problem isn’t how you decide. It’s why something inside you won’t let the decision stay decided. That tension isn’t weakness. It’s outdated protection. When your operating system upgrades, decisions hold — and leadership feels lighter not because the stakes are lower, but because the internal debate is quieter. If this is resonating, that’s the work we begin inside an Aligned Leadership Audit tamimariecoaching.com/call . Enjoyed the Episode? 342| When Leadership Feels Heavier Than It Should
2026/02/16
If decisions feel heavier than they should — not hard, just heavier — this episode is for you. You’re not burned out. You’re not broken. And you’re not lacking skill. In this conversation, Tami names a pattern she sees in senior leaders: decision drag. The internal friction that shows up when you’ve outgrown the version of leadership that got you here. What You’ll Hear The difference between burnout and decision drag Why high performers often mislabel friction as exhaustion How outdated leadership identity creates internal debate What shifts when decisions are allowed to fully land Leadership Pattern to Notice When decisions cost more energy than they used to, it’s not always workload. Sometimes it’s misalignment inside your leadership operating system. You’re still capable. You’re still performing. But the internal debate is louder than it should be. Leadership Noticing This week, notice: Where you revisit decisions that were already made Where you rehearse conversations after the fact Where you gather one more opinion even though you already know No fixing. Just noticing. Concepts Introduced Burnout versus decision drag, leadership identity evolution, internal misalignment, leadership operating systems, and the energetic cost of unsettled decisions are explored throughout this episode. What’s Coming Next This month, we’re going deeper into decision drag — what causes it, how to diagnose it, and what actually recalibrates it at the system level. Something I Don’t Want You to Miss The heaviness you’re feeling isn’t weakness. It’s evolution. The version of you that got you here may not be the version required for what’s next. And that’s not a crisis — it’s a calling. When leadership feels lighter, it’s not because the stakes are lower. It’s because the internal debate is quieter. If you’re ready to look at this at the system level, that’s the work we do inside a Leadership Strategy Call. 341| Clarity Isn’t Agreement. It’s Ownership.
2026/02/09
If you keep re-explaining decisions you thought were already made, this episode is for you. In this conversation, Tami names a leadership pattern she sees repeatedly on high-performing teams: decisions that never fully land. She reframes clarity at the leadership level and why consensus, when overused, quietly slows teams down. What You’ll Hear Why clarity is not the same as understanding or agreement How consensus can unintentionally create decision drag The role ownership plays in momentum and execution What changes when decisions are truly settled Leadership Pattern to Notice When decisions keep resurfacing, it’s not resistance. It’s unclear ownership. Teams don’t circle conversations. They circle decisions that were never fully owned. Leadership Noticing This week, notice: Which decisions feel settled and which quietly return Where you feel the urge to re-explain something already decided Where your energy drops because a decision never truly landed No fixing. Just noticing. Concepts Introduced Clarity versus agreement, consensus versus ownership, decision drag, clarity leaks, and executive decision-making systems are explored throughout this episode. What’s Coming Next Next episode, we’ll continue this conversation by exploring how leaders unintentionally create decision dependency and how to reset it at the system level. Something I Don’t Want You to Miss Not every decision needs consensus. Some just need clarity on who owns it. When leaders stop managing agreement and start establishing ownership, momentum returns and the weight they’ve been carrying begins to lift. Enjoyed the Episode? 340| Why Better Communication Isn't Solving Your Team Problems
2026/02/02
Okay, friend, this one came out of nowhere. I just got back from a cruise—senior trip with seven high schoolers—and somewhere between Mexico and deep conversations about critical thinking, something clicked. I spent days journaling about it, testing it, turning it over in my mind. And I knew I had to share it before I overthought it into oblivion. Here's the short version: What if communication isn't actually a skill? What if it's just the visible output of a decision system running underneath…and THAT'S what's broken? This reframe has shifted how I see every team I work with. Every leader who tells me "we need better communication." Every meeting that circles. Every decision that doesn't hold. I'm still testing it. I'm still going deeper. But I wanted to bring you into the conversation now…because I think it's going to change how you see your team, too. Let me know what you think. Seriously. DM me on LinkedIn. I want to hear if this lands the way it landed for me. What You'll Hear in This Episode Why "we need better communication" is the wrong diagnosis The relationship between micro-decisions and every conversation your team has What's actually happening when decisions don't hold and conversations circle The difference between protection mode and ownership mode Why upgrading the decision system naturally upgrades communication Three shifts that move teams from autopilot to intentional The Leadership Pattern to Notice Teams aren't struggling because they don't know HOW to talk. They're making hundreds of micro-decisions in every conversation—how to interpret, how to respond, who owns it, who defers—and those decisions are running on autopilot, driven by whatever the internal system is protecting: approval, control, safety, being right. What leaders see: "We have a communication problem." What's actually happening: A team making fear-based micro-decisions in every conversation. Leadership Noticing "Communication is just decision-making made visible. Change the decision-making, you change the communication." Notice this week: When conversations circle or decisions don't hold, ask yourself—is this a communication issue, or is the team's internal system protecting something that's keeping them from owning the outcome? Concepts Introduced Communication as visible output of the decision system Micro-decisions running on autopilot Protection mode vs. ownership mode The three shifts: unconscious → intentional, protection → ownership, individual dysfunction → team alignment What's Coming Next Tami goes deeper on a related breakthrough: what clarity actually is—and why most teams think they have it when they don't. A new level of understanding that changes how leaders diagnose what's really happening beneath the surface. Final Thought:  The next time someone says your team needs better communication, ask yourself: Do they not know how to talk? Or is something underneath driving dysfunction that no script or framework will fix? If your team keeps having the same conversations, the same meetings, the same conflicts—and communication training hasn't fixed it—let's talk. Tami offers sample sessions of the Aligned Leader Series to get underneath the surface and diagnose what's actually driving the patterns. → DM Tami on LinkedIn (yes, it's really her—not a bot, not a team member) → Book a Aligned Leadership Audit (tamimariecoaching.com/call) l to explore what an upgraded decision system looks like for you and your team Enjoyed the Episode? 339| Your Goals Aren't the Problem. Your Clarity Is.
2026/01/26
Every January, leaders build goals that look logical, defensible, and impressive on paper—yet feel hollow in practice. In this episode, Tami unpacks why that disconnect happens and what it costs leaders over time. Drawing from her work with senior executives, she explains how goals formed without clarity around identity and direction turn leadership into performance, leaving leaders stuck executing plans they no longer believe in. This is not a conversation about better strategies. It’s a conversation about alignment. What You’ll Hear in This Episode Why well-built strategic plans can still feel empty The difference between leadership and performance What happens when goals are disconnected from identity The three common (and costly) ways leaders try to fix forced goals Why clarity, not discipline or strategy, determines momentum The Leadership Pattern to Notice Leaders don’t lose motivation because they’re lazy or disengaged. They lose momentum when they’re executing goals that were never aligned with who they are in the first place. When strategy is disconnected from identity: Goals feel forced Conviction disappears Leadership turns into performance And the question that keeps showing up late at night becomes: “Is this really what I want to be doing?” Leadership Noticing This week, don’t revise your goals yet. Just notice: Which goals feel like obligations instead of direction Where you’re pushing yourself to care instead of feeling conviction Where execution feels heavy because clarity is missing You’re not fixing anything yet. You’re noticing what your current goals are revealing. That awareness matters more than another planning session. What’s Coming Next Tami continues to explore what aligned leadership looks like when clarity, conviction, and identity come before strategy. More to come. Final Thought You don’t need another strategy session. You need clarity about who you are and why you’re leading where you are. 338| 5 Leadership Non-Negotiables for 2026 (That Have Nothing to Do with Strategy)
2026/01/19
Every January brings a flood of leadership trends, predictions, and skills to master—but most of them miss the point. In this episode, Tami shares what she knows after decades of leading teams and coaching executives: real leadership growth doesn’t come from collecting information. It comes from identity clarity, intentional action, embodied presence, and the willingness to confront blind spots. Rather than offering more tactics, she outlines five non-negotiables leaders must embrace to grow with clarity, authority, and impact in 2026 and beyond. What You’ll Hear in This Episode Why leaders who “do all the right things” can still feel stuck The difference between passive consumption and intentional growth Why mentorship sharpens leaders at every stage How embodied leadership creates trust and resilience Why identity clarity is strategic—not soft What actually separates leaders who evolve from those who stagnate The Leadership Pattern to Notice Leaders who plateau aren’t lazy or unaware. They’re often highly capable. But they rely on: information instead of interpretation momentum instead of intention strategy instead of presence Over time, growth slows—not because they lack effort, but because they skip the internal work that sustains leadership at higher levels. Leadership Noticing This week, don’t add anything new. Just notice: Where you’re consuming information without applying it Where you’re leading from habit instead of conviction Where decisions feel heavier because you’re unclear on your “why” Where blind spots might be costing you more than you realize You’re not fixing anything yet. You’re paying attention to patterns. That awareness is where real leadership evolution begins. The Five Non-Negotiables Leaders Need to Thrive in 2026 In this episode, Tami unpacks five internal shifts leaders can’t skip if they want to grow with clarity and authority: Why mentorship sharpens leaders at every stage The difference between passive growth and intentional leadership What active learning actually looks like for experienced leaders Why presence and embodied leadership matter more than plans Why knowing who you are comes before deciding what to do Each one sounds simple. None of them are surface-level. What’s Coming Next Tami is continuing to build resources and conversations for leaders who are ready to stop collecting information and start leading with clarity, conviction, and alignment. More to come. Final Thought Leadership growth isn’t about adding more to your to-do list. It’s about shedding what no longer fits and leading from who you are. 337| If Leadership Feels Heavy, This Might Be Why
2026/01/12
Leadership doesn’t always feel heavy because you’re doing something wrong. Sometimes it feels heavy because you’ve outgrown the way you’ve been leading. In this episode, Tami speaks candidly about a pattern she sees often in capable, high-performing leaders: when momentum replaces clarity, leadership begins to cost more energy than it should. She unpacks why “heavy” isn’t the same as burnout, how friction quietly builds beneath success, and why pushing harder rarely fixes the problem. If leadership has felt heavier than it should lately, this episode will help you name what’s actually happening. What You’ll Hear in This Episode Why feeling “heavy” doesn’t automatically mean burnout How momentum without clarity creates internal drag The subtle cost of carrying roles, decisions, or identities that no longer fit A simple question that can shift how you lead forward The Leadership Pattern to Notice You can still be moving forward… Still making progress… Still checking the boxes… And yet everything costs more energy than it should. That’s not a motivation problem. It’s a clarity problem. Leadership Noticing: This week, don’t try to fix anything. Just notice where leadership feels heavier than it should. Notice what costs more energy than seems reasonable. Notice where momentum is carrying you without clarity. You’re not looking for answers yet. You’re paying attention to patterns. What you notice is often the first signal that something in your leadership system wants your attention.   A Question to Sit With If leadership didn’t have to feel this heavy, what would need to change? You don’t need to answer this today. You just need to notice what surfaces.   What’s Coming Next Tami is creating something private for leaders who are recognizing this pattern and want clarity on what’s actually happening beneath the surface, without adding more to their plate. More soon. Final Thought Leadership isn’t meant to feel like constant resistance. When it does, it’s usually telling you something important.   If leadership has started to feel heavier than it should, it may not be a motivation issue. It may be an alignment issue.
