Description

I'm Roxana Radulescu, and this is All Personal, a place where we turn the good old saying ‘nothing personal, just business’ upside down, and prove that, in fact, it’s all personal, nothing is just business. All Personal features the stories of people like you and me, who discovered their unique set of skills that took them where they are now and which will take them further on in their journey. We go to prove that learning is not an event, it's a choice, a habit, and also focused practice. The All Personal Podcast is produced by All Personal Training, Coaching & Consulting.

'I Think I'm Toxic', And Other Things We Never Say Out Loud
2026/05/28
Your monthly All Personal Leadership Newsletter — audio brief. "I think I'm toxic" — said no one about themselves, ever. And yet… toxic dynamics happen. In teams. In cultures. Sometimes even in our own heads. In this episode, Roxana Radulescu and Felicia Stepan go backstage into real workplace scenarios submitted by real people in the frozen middle — the managers and leaders navigating gossip and favouritism, passive-aggressive feedback, cultures of polite silence, and managers who just... go quiet. No theory. No headlines. Just boots-on-the-ground conversations from people living it. Plus: Imposter Syndrome gets its close-up in this month's Learning Bite — why even Maya Angelou and Albert Einstein felt it, what the Dunning-Kruger effect has to do with your self-doubt, and a TED-Ed video worth your 10 minutes. 🎯 Game On question to sit with:Sometimes the detox starts with your own thoughts — what would that look like for you? 'I just Want to Be Me!' and Why Other People's Opinion Is Their Business'
2026/05/27
The All Personal Podcast is back — after 5 years! 🎙️ And it's changed to super short form: your monthly All Personal Leadership News, now in audio form. In this episode: After 10+ years of coaching conversations across industries, titles, and seniority levels, one theme keeps showing up, almost without exception: Am I enough? What will they think of me? What if I fail them? In this episode, Roxana takes you backstage into real coaching conversations to unpack the one common denominator behind all of it: The Voice. The one that second-guesses before you've even started. The one that replays the meeting after it's over. The one that keeps you small, quiet, and safe. She calls it Buzzkill. You might have a different name for it. But here's what's also true: the Buzzbuild Voice is always there too. It just needs permission to speak. Plus, a book recommendation that will quietly shift how you think about other people's opinions: 'The Courage to be Disliked ', by Ichiro Kishimi and Fumitaro Koga. Because "things of lightness" might be the leadership concept you didn't know you needed. 🎯 Coaching question to sit with:What permission would you effortlessly give yourself, if the critical voice got quieter and the cheerleader got louder today? 🔗 Links mentioned in this episode: 🌐 The All Personal Monthly News: https://personalskillscoach.com/news/ 🌐 Free leadership resources: https://personalskillscoach.com/media-resources/ 📺 The All Personal Coaching Questions Friday Raffle playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLvLKiUK0FiqXMv8py2678RZTt83A6ogY2 📖 'The Courage to be Disliked': https://www.amazon.com/Courage-Be-Disliked-Phenomenon-Happiness/dp/1501197274 📅 Book a complimentary 30-min call with Roxana: https://bookings.cloud.microsoft/book/[email protected]/s/gZBHDjaEf0GUkZBimEyVIQ2?ismsaljsauthenabled=true Game On: Lead Different!

'Putting it out there was the biggest skill I had to learn!' - All Personal with Britt Skrabanek
2021/03/25
In this episode, I talk to Britt Skrabanek, who is the self-published fiction author of four novels: 'Beneath the Satin Gloves', 'Everything’s Not Bigger', 'Nola Fran Evie', and 'Virasana'.  She is a content strategist and the co-founder of Superneat Marketing, a long-time blogger, and the host of Love Your Enthusiasm, a self-empowerment podcast that inspires women to pursue their greatest passion. She is also a yogi, ballet dancer, cat mom, and life enthusiast. Britt is taking us on a story of becoming, and also of overcoming obstacles, time after time, and transforming them into opportunities! Find out: How she started her story as a writer, then content marketer, then podcaster, so many roles – in spite of her not feeling comfortable sharing her writing with others. How can you perform and be an introvert? It’s scary to put yourself out there – do I have anything to offer? Who am I, what do I know? How you can cope with criticism when you put yourself 'out there'. How she bounced back after being laid off and starting her consulting business. How she bounced back again to start her own podcast – and what the connection is between her podcast and yoga, introversion and starting a traveling business right before Covid! A few golden nuggets that Britt shares in this amazing story she's taking us on: 'When your passion finds you it’s easier to put yourself out there, but it’s also scary because it’s very personal, and very deep.' 'You’re putting yourself out there to have your work ripped to shreds, potentially. And everybody has an opinion that they want to share.' ‘For every person who doesn’t like us, or what we do, there is somebody else who does. For every critic, there’s a fan.’ Where to find Britt Skrabanek: Links https://loveyourenthusiasm.com/ https://brittskrabanek.com/ https://www.amazon.com/Britt-Skrabanek/e/B008P09DKA/ https://superneatmarketing.com/ Social Links Instagram – @loveyourenthusiasm/ @bskrabanek Facebook – @loveyourenthusiasm/ @brittskrabanek LinkedIn – @love-your-enthusiasm/ @brittskrabanek Twitter – @ly_enthusiasm / @brittskrabanek
'It's Always about the People!' - All Personal with Emanuel Petrescu
2021/02/27
My guest on this episode is Emanuel Petrescu.  He is a digital marketing specialist from Toronto, helping business enhance their online footprint through Search Engine Optimization (SEO), email marketing, paid ads, and social media.  Emanuel is a Business Administration alumni and before coming to Canada in 2017, he has worked in different fields, from government administration, media research, accounting, and some entrepreneurial endeavors.  He spends his time mostly working on digital marketing stuff, watching (too many) movies and series, reads, and, sometimes, writes.  Recently, he authored a chapter in the "Grow Together" book anthology published by the Immigrant Writer's Association, where he is the marketing manager. Snippets of our conversation: What differentiates successful people from the rest? What makes the difference in who we become along the way and in how we grow our skills muscles. Why learning, unlearning and relearning helps us both in personal and professional situations. What we can call ‘soft skills’ instead of ‘soft’ How he relearned to go to job interviews like a 20 year old in his early 30s How talking about the marketing of a movie and an article written by Seth Godin in a job interview can land you the job – especially when you’re applying for a marketing job! Why sharing stories about your experience can help others improve their experience, too. Here are all the links to the videos and resources that Emanuel mentioned during our chat: 'Learning to swim' from John Wayne  'Self-made man?' from Arnold Schwarzenegger: short version; full speech Constantin Brancusi quote: "I want to create shapes that give people joy'. Here is the statue photo, too.  To connect with Emanuel you can visit his website, follow him on Twitter, and connect with him on LinkedIn. You can also check his website at: www.emanuelp.com.
