Back again to talk about my recent trip to Egypt.  I break down what I did each day with the incredible things I've seen and recommendations.  I also discuss tips for anyone who wants to travel to Egypt along with general advice for traveling around the world.  I talk about best tactics and tips to travel safely solo or with another person.  

In this bonus episode we reflect on the events of September 11, 2001 by highlighting all of the heroic actions and people who lost their lives that day. I also reflect on how 9/11 changed people’s lives, including mine forever. Just a warning, some of the content may be disturbing so listener discretion is advised.

Today on the podcast I interviewed a good friend of mine named Brett.  Brett served in the US Army during the Iraq War and has an extensive career in law enforcement across different agencies.  Brett is also a blue belt in Jiu Jitsu at Atos Jiu Jitsu HQ.  We had a great conversation filled with a lot of laughs and knowledge (also my German Shepherd made several appearances).

I'm back after a long hiatus! On this episode, I discuss "courage" and how it is needed in life to accomplish all of your goals and dreams.  I read 11 short stories of men and women, who most people may have not known of, who showed incredible courage and bravery throughout history.  I also discuss a situation in my life where I had to dig deep to show courage and attack my fears in which I faced potential serious injury/death as a result of an international trip.
