Follow the St.Clair Running Club to Toledo OHIO! The SCRC sent 20+ people down to the glass city to participate in several events from the 5k all the way to the full marathon. In this episode I talked to several runners before and after the race and even a week after at  the post glass city brunch. #asstowel I apologize for the sound quality but all this was recorded outside of the studio and with lots of people around. But hey, its a free podcast, can you really complain?

The first part of this episode is the Q and A with Dusty Olson. After our group run a few members of the St.Clair running Club had a few questions for the Dustball and he was more than happy to answer. In the second part I'm on the phone with previous guest Hunter Peak who was in the last few miles of his 100k.

I had the incredible pleasure to meet running legend Dusty Olson. We talked about his life at the moment, how it has been and where it is going, all things running and his battle with Lyme's disease. I have never met Dusty before but ,to be honest, was a huge fan of his. This made it even better when it turned out that Dusty is the real deal, absolute stand up guy, the nicest person and a great athlete.  I am super grateful to have had the privilege to meet him and to now call him a dear friend. 

Sit in on my conversation with my good friend Hunter P.  Hunter lives in brazil and recently attempted a 500k. We talked about living abroad, his life in running and what its like to run in brazil. 

Join me and my guest host Kurt on an interview with our good friend Jenny.  Jenny is an incredible inspiring person and shared her insight about what is going on within ourselves when we are injured and what we can do to get us out of that dark place that nobody wants to be in, yet so many of us fall into. From personal experience I can tell you that its rough and it’s good to have somebody like jenny in your corner.  I gain a lot of motivation from her and I'm sure you will feel the same about her soon. 

Sit in on my conversation with Mike D. An incredible uplifting and motivating friend that made it his mission to make the world around himself a better place.  As a race director of the chili heart 5k and an inspiring  educator he elevates everyone he comes in contact with.

In this Episode I am sitting down with my dear friends Kurt and Michelle.  A super motivated couple who i draw a lot of inspiration from. AND THEY JUST HAD A SUPER CUTE BABY GIRL!!! Michelle was kind enough to share her experience with being pregnant as a competitive runner and all the ups and downs that come with that. I hope you enjoy our conversation as much as I did.
