When thinking about the support local movement, it really got me wondering how best I can support my community, so I wanted to create a new platform for businesses to promote themselves. Instead of just seeing the sign on the street, I wanted to get past the sign and really get to know the person behind the business. To find out who they are and what passion they had to start their company. Maybe that way we can really get behind our business community and make the choice to support local!
