I am so grateful that the depiction of each character in this drama is so realistic and well made. Yi San : Dengan ekspektasi segede dunia dari kakeknya, he tries so hard to become a good king for his people. Karakternya konsisten dari awal sampai akhir. Kalau peraturannya gitu, ya harus gitu. Deok-im : She's just an ordinary girl who loves her job and doesn't want to become a concubine because she knows the risk. She is a strong woman character done right. Dia tidak kuat karena mengangkat senjata, tapi kuat karena punya sifat compassion terhadap orang2 yang dia sayangi, termasuk laki-laki yang tidak mungkin dimiliki untuk dirinya sendiri. This drama offers top notch comedy that isn't cringy or cliche. Banyak scene sebenernya klise, tapi scene dibelakangnya yang jadi plus-plus. Thankfully the comedy is still there when this drama enters its saddest part. However I must recognize that the depiction of King Jeongjo's loves towards Sung Uibin in this drama seemingly has been modernized there and there. However, it still good to watch a heartwrenching drama with a good storytelling ans characterization. I have to give duo Lee (Junho and Seyong) potrayal and chemistry. They served top notch acting! Wish they have one more project together (with different ending of course). Highly recommended! 8/10.

Just know BSB recently, but I do like I want it that way and my bias is A.J. It is suprising to see them and Westlife have a colab few years ago.

Not a related Kpop content, but Westlife is the first and only western boyband that I love till this day. I know them since I was a toddler. Glad to see them back.

Kim Eunhee chakkanim, angkat aku jadi muridmu...

Revenant adalah Jirisan done right. Kali ini Kim Eun Hee chakkanim berhasil meleburkan elemen mitos dan legenda dengan detektif2 an secara lebih mulus dan intriguing. No plot holes detected. Penceritaannya rapih serapih signal dan Kingdom. Kim Eun hee gak akan cukup menarik hatiku kalau tanpa Kim Taeri didrama ini. Dia berhasil deliver karakter anak muda yang hopeless dengan amat sangat baik. Yang aku gak sreg sama drama ini cuma Oh Jung Se gak tau kenapa kurang pas aja gitu rasanya.

Keknya minus Kyuhyun (yang abis kecelakaan) dan Zhoumi yang emang asli China. Pokoknya ini versi SujU live komplit.

Jarang banget bisa nemu coveran lagu anak2 SM yang bagus.

Koleksi lagu 18. Emang gak salah kalau lagu2 EXO itu susah dicover. Tapi yang satu ini masih terbaeq sih. Emang nayanyinya sama EXO nya langsung, tapi suara vokal mbaknya itu pas R&B banget. Mana dia juga kalau bikin adlib pinter lagi. Di versi videonya D.O sampek kaget loh.
