Having thwarted Jasmine’s evil plan for world peace, the Angel Investigations team is blindsided by an offer they should refuse from an old frenemy who can’t stay dead. First, Angel and the team are on the run. They find another group of refugees from the Jasmaniacs. But Fred’s portal addiction rears its ugly head, and this time it’s Angel taking a solo trip to another world.   Then, Connor begins to doubt Jasmine is eating people for good reasons. Nevertheless, he leads her minions and captures the Angel Investigations teams, minus Angel. His last-moment return could save the world … or doom it.   Hear us discuss… Fred, girl, you need help Wesley’s superpower: being annoying We sympathize with Connor (but he’s still rat-faced) Jasmine should have waited 20 years The nature of free will (as if we’re actual philosophers or something)   Trigger warnings Confinement, torture   💬 SOCIAL MEDIA: @prophecygirlspodcast on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok @prophecygirls.ca on Bluesky prophecygirls.ca ✉ Email us at [email protected] Join us on Discord: https://prophecygirls.ca/discord   We love hearing from our listeners!   Support Prophecy Girls on Buy Me a Coffee!  Find Prophecy Girls merch at https://prophecygirls.ca/store   🎬 PRODUCERS: Kala Allison Nicola Joshua Laura Katie Clea Laine Marisa

First, everything is fine. A new order has arrived, and she is eager to spread her gospel to the wider world. Angel and the team are ready to help her. But when an accident exposes Fred to a new truth, no amount of playacting will allow her to stay on message.   Then, Fred is a fugitive (again), hunted by her former friends. Jasmine plays her father and grandfather against one another (what, like it’s hard?). First, the team tries to pick up the pieces now that they have Angel back. Cordelia acts totally normal in her all-black witchy maternity outfit. Connor continues to perfect his eternal sneer. Gunn, tired of being the muscle, joins Gwen on a side quest. Lorne, you in danger, girl.   Then, the revelation of Cordelia’s nefarious deception shatters the serenity at the Hyperion Hotel. Battle lines are drawn, and to no one’s surprise, Angel and his son are on opposite sides. Cordelia’s behaviour becomes increasingly unhinged, but Connor thinks this is fine. Cordelia gives birth, and according to one completely trustworthy demon, it’s the end of the world. First, Faith recovers from her smackdown at Angelus’s hands. The team tries to regroup and shore up their defenses. Angelus lives it up in a demon bar in LA until he starts hearing a mysterious British man inside his head. The voice demands his obedience, and Angelus is not amenable.   Then, Faith’s desperate gambit to get inside Angelus’s head leaves her comatose but on a mystical joyride through flashbacks of Angel’s life. Wesley calls in a ringer to help pluck Angel’s soul out of the ether and restore it, but unbeknownst to the team, the opposition is coming from inside the hotel.   Hear us discuss… Petty Angelus gives us LIFE OK Fred, we forgive you Cordelia, could you possibly make this any creepier—oh, you can? First, the team’s attempt to restore Angel’s soul goes horribly wrong. Who could have possibly foreseen? By the time everyone is clued in, however, it’s too late for one of them.   Then, Wesley seeks assistance from an old frenemy. Once she’s on site, they’re all five-by-five. But Angelus is eager to tangle with a slayer again, and he issues a personal invitation she can’t refuse. Oh, he also kills the Beast. No biggie.   Hear us discuss… Suddenly, Prophecy Girls is not and has never been on Angelus’s side We hope Dr. Folger is also a registered therapist RIP Lilah, one of the best baddies (in every way) We refuse to use the term “Beastmaster” in any shape or form Finally, a professional (Faith) has arrived! 💬 SOCIAL MEDIA: @prophecygirlspodcast on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok @prophecygirls.ca on Bluesky prophecygirls.ca ✉ Email us at [email protected] Join us on Discord: https://prophecygirls.ca/discord   We love hearing from our listeners!   Support Prophecy Girls on Buy Me a Coffee!  Find Prophecy Girls merch at https://prophecygirls.ca/store   🎬 PRODUCERS: Kala Allison Nicola Joshua Rickey Laura Katie Clea Laine Marisa

First, the Angel Investigations team decides there’s only way to get intel on the Beast: bring back Angelus. They prepare a cage for his body and a jar for his soul. Fortunately, the team has an immaculate track record for planning, and nothing could possibly go wrong.   Then, something goes terribly wrong! Angelus proves difficult to manipulate, while he plays all of the team like well-tuned fiddles. From Fred and Gunn’s lover’s quarrel to Wesley and Connor’s lustful eyes, no secret is safe from the Prince of LIIIIIIIESSSSS.   Hear us discuss… Why does everyone on this team suck at plans Oh, we’re sorry, WHOSE name did Angel utter? When it turns Wolfram & Hart into a slaughterhouse, Angel couldn’t care less—until Wesley tells him Connor is trapped inside. Cue the reluctant team-up to rescue the prodigal son (and Lilah) while trying to figure out what the Beast wants.   Then, the team discovers the Beast has a plan to cast a literal shadow over Los Angeles. They race to stop its suckjob tour, but not even help from a shocking ally can stand in the way of this solid foe. Also, Connor shows up with extra angst.   Then, a new player in the apocalypse arrives, and there might be a connection between him and Connor.
