Louis and Kate have a lovely chat about 1984 science fiction classic The Terminator, taking in great tension building, night shoots and the sheer James Cameronness of James Cameron. There's also talk of strangly comedic moments, and the sheer physical presence of the 7 time Mr Olympia turned Hollywood megastar Arnold Schwarzenegger in his most iconic role, and Michael Biehn and Linda Hamilton get the plaudits they so richly deserve too. To end our main 2022 slate, Kate has chosen a barnstomer of an album, 2014's totemic trans masterpiece, Transgender Dysphoria Blues by Against Me! Kate highlights her favourite moments, Louis holds himself back from an equally enthusiastic gush about this one (he would have picked it if she hadn't).
