Stewie was the life of the party. My baby whom I lost early on Christmas Eve 2025. A brown dappled miniature dachshund who stole my heart & will always be in it forever.

I am reclaiming my creative soul, working on a book of my writings & poetry, figuring out how to move forward while reconciling the past. Sharing some of my recent & not so recent poems & ideas. How a relationship since 2017 has been difficult but yet still beautiful in many ways as it brought out my creative soul. Healing is a process. Am healing & moving forward.

1985 was a pivotal year & on August 2, 2025 was reminded of events from that year. The story starts with that year. A song that stays in my mind forever. And several broken men in my life through the years including one that has nearly broken me in the process. But I still hold onto hope & strength. Correction an event I indicated late in the episode in 1997 was Thanksgiving Week 2017.

Been through a lot & truth needs to be known. Even though no names are named the events & people are real. Life throws a lot of curves & sometimes you crash into the walls along the way. But when two creatives find each other, it's amazing. People need to get their heads out of social media posts & look beyond into the true things that make someone smile & keeps them going. And that not every celebrity needs another celebrity or hot young thing to make them happy. Sometimes all they need is a true soulmate in life.

A simple comment on my friend Jason Aldean's Mother's Day post about his amazing wife & mom led to a stream of imposter accounts & romance scammers on Instagram following & harassing. It's time us women fight back & make social media safer for us. Discussion of the harassment I have felt, celebrity rights to a bit of privacy plus some more thoughts.

Nashville based but international musician David Korgan sings a couple originals, does part of "Ghost In You" and closes out with in impromptu version of "Runaway Train" with me. It was really fun and a little tongue in cheek as both of us love the punk rock era and 80s and 90s alternative music.
