Movsar Evloev finally gets his shot at Alexander Volkanovski's featherweight belt. He's unbeaten, and his wrestling keeps putting good fighters in long, uncomfortable rounds. Volk's job is to make him work for every entry and create enough space to get his own offense going. Can he that pace over five rounds? Petr Yan and Merab Dvalishvili have a win apiece, and the bantamweight belt is on the line in their trilogy. Yan handled Merab's pressure in the rematch. Merab gets a chance to make it his kind of fight again. Which version of this matchup shows up in Abu Dhabi? Valentina Shevchenko is out, the UFC women’s flyweight championship is vacant, and someone new is leaving Salt Lake City with the belt. Natalia Silva comes into UFC 332 with 14 straight wins, including her last three against Rose Namajunas, Alexa Grasso and Jessica Andrade. That’s a pretty convincing case for being next. But Wang Cong has won four straight in the UFC, most recently against Tracy Cortez, and now has the opportunity to turn that run into a championship. Silva has beaten the bigger names. How much does that difference matter when these two meet for the belt? Jose Miguel Delgado wasn’t planning on fighting at Noche UFC, but a short-notice main event against Jean Silva was too good to pass up. He’s coming off wins over Andre Fili and Austin Bashi, and now he gets a much tougher assignment over five rounds. Silva is the clear favorite, but Delgado has plenty to gain here. Salahdine Parnasse is finally making his UFC debut, and there’s no warm-up fight waiting for him. The former KSW featherweight and lightweight champion gets Dan Hooker, a ranked veteran who has spent years fighting the best guys in the division. Hooker is coming off two straight losses, but at this stage of his career he’s still one of the toughest tests you can give somebody trying to enter the top 10. Parnasse has the speed, pressure and finishing ability that have given Hooker problems lately, but this is also a major jump from dominating in Europe to facing a proven UFC contender. Is Parnasse immediately the guy at lightweight, or is Hooker about to remind everybody how difficult this level really is?

Islam Makhachev and Ian Machado Garry are going to be framed as the next chapter of Khabib vs McGregor. Dagestan vs Ireland, the dominant pound-for-pound great against the loud Irish challenger. But this matchup is more interesting than the comparison. From the looks of it, Makhachev should control this fight. He is more proven, more complete, and has spent years making elite fighters look ordinary. But Garry is being overlooked for reasons that have more to do with how people feel about him than what he can actually do. He is bigger, longer, younger, owns wins over former champions, and his only career loss came against Shavkat Rakhmonov. Since then, he has rebounded by beating Carlos Prates and Belal Muhammad. Is Makhachev about to crush another challenger, or is the next Irish champion about to be crowned? Magomed Ankalaev is trying to get back into the light heavyweight title picture after losing the belt to Alex Pereira. From the looks of it, this is the kind of fight he should control. He has more experience and more ways to win. But Bogdan Guskov took this on short notice (replacing injured Khalil Rountree Jr), has finished all 18 of his wins, and only needs one clean exchange to make all of that irrelevant. Is Ankalaev still the guy who should be fighting for the belt, or is Guskov about to skip the line? Horiguchi has the top-tier experience, the timing, and the athleticism that made the first fight go his way.
